 i spent over $600 dollars .. to get noticed. All i got was a list of people I can talk to. A real agency would not do this to me .. they are supposed to take my % as commission and not screw me .. my photos sucked .. and i am about to sue them. Anyone elsse online want to make this a big suit. They promised big things .. and delivereded nohing more than a  phtoto mill i hear about on the internet. I should have checked first. losers… scammers .. and nothing to prove for their work.

This  company operates in my opinion like a complete scam. I have been a homeowner for 27 years and had home warranties from reputable companies for the entire 27 years. I have never had an experience like this. Myself and my property manager have been trying to contact “Fixed” for the last three days. Should be called will never be Fixed . They don’t answer their phones, don’t respond to texts. On day three I was finally able to raise someone on live chat to fix the air conditioner.

I was told I would have to wait nearly 10 days for an appointment unless I wanted to pay an extra $175 then they could do it tomorrow. Sounds like extortion to me. Their property owners are paying for a service that they are not getting. It should never take 3 days to make a claim because they refuse to take phone calls . It should also never take 10 days to even look at the job. There are much better home warranty companies out there that do legitimate business and don’t hide from their customers. Buyer beware with this one

I had an appointment to bring my two Weimaraner’s in for shots, nails and shampoo. I arrived at opening brought dogs into lobby to an unprepared staff who seemed to be running in slow motion and unprepared for our visit. The front desk girl said, if you need a mask we have one here. I said that I didn’t need one and would like to check Brody and Gemma in. I weighed them and reported the weight. One of the staff went to the back and no one said anything and I waited and waited for someone to take my dogs so I could head to work.

No one else was in the office. The vet tech, Erica, came to the front with an attitude and said, “you need to get a mask and wear it” I said I don’t need a mask and she said the dogs could not be seen, keep in mind, I was dropping off and picking up later in the day. I said I am not wearing a mask as I have a medical waiver. She said I couldn’t leave the dogs so I told them to cancel my maintenance plan and cancel my appointment and refund the monthly maintenance fee charge just 5 days earlier and I would find another vet. I asked if I needed to sign something to cancel the maintenance plan and no one could tell me how and they began looking into the computer to find out what to do. They couldn’t tell me what to do to cancel.

I have a medical waiver against wearing a mask AND they all had mask on and no other pet owner was on premises. The way in which Erica handled the entire situation was rude, unprofessional, arrogant and with a terrible attitude. No one seemed to care about getting my dogs and allowing me to get to my job, it became important to make me wear a mask and the appointment was secondary to mask wearing. This was on 5/1/2021 when mask wearing for a virus with a 99.98% recovery is based on personal preference with most all other brick and mortar businesses. Erica seemed to force her political position on me and lost a client for this practice because of her  rude and arrogant attitude.

I called around to inquire with other vet offices about their care and covid protocol. Several of the top rated offices had relaxed their position and chose one with a high google review and one who would see us with my medical condition in mind and no masked wearing. Erica could have and should have handled this completely different although she chose to FORCE me to wear a mask although I had a medical waiver. Which is against the law. I’ve moved on, I just want others to know about this office. 

Mike Barbato – Yellow Page City This guy is emailing lies to business owners to try and find clients. Rochester NY

Mike is one of those people that do sales for an online business directory. Yellow Page City is a place where you can list businesses. Then they reach out to those businesses to try and sell them a premium listing. A simple yet common business model that many use today.

The only difference here is that Mike seems to be willing to fabricate lies about others to try and makes sales.

He has been seen to write emails telling the business owner that they should fire their marketers and replace them with him instead. This desperate attempt to make sales is not only sad, but it creates wasted time for people who are running the business.

I would reconsider working with him or other salespeople from this website.

Dioptics Solar Shield Broke after two uses Smithfield RI

I have purchased 4 solarshield clip on sunglasses and 2 broke within 2-3 uses. They are cheaply made in China and sell for $15.  The tiny metal pieces that hold the plastic eye pieces on fall or break off after a few uses even though I try to be very careful. There is no way to repair it as the plastic glasses piece also breakes.

Hub City RV Sales Ltd Gord Bragg, Manager Negotiated in bad faith and then prepared check and bill of sale for lesser amount. Then take it or leave it demand. Lantzville British Columbia

I had Power of Attorney to assist an ill friend to sell his 5th wheel as he is in the U.S. and too sick to travel.  I met with the Gord Bragg, owner manager of Hub City RV of Lantzville B.C. and also Chairman of the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of Canada in person and further negotiated on the phone.  We had agreed to the price of $6300.00 and he arrived late Friday afternoon after I had made arrangements to have the driveway cleaned with a power washing firm with a bill of sale and cheque for $5300.00.  When I pointed out to him that this is not what we agreed to he produced a bill of sale and the cheque and said take it or leave it. 

It is not the $1,000 he ripped off my ill friend but rather the sleazy underhanded manner he concocted this scam that makes me so angry.  I am reporting this as I can’t believe this person has only done this to me and as a warning to others to not deal with this individual.

I purchased one of these units, wasted months in back and forth with sales rep trying to get the vendor to advise a solution. Finally gave up on them and repaired the unit myself. Recovered over 4 kg of refrigerant, recharged with the specified 2.4kg and all problems were solved. Seller refused to compensate, therefore I recommend that prospective purchasers seek more competent vendors with genuine tech support.

I called tintandaudioexpress.com/… and Mike booked me the very next day. I paid $480 + $40 in tips to the (2) installers.  I pointed out many imperfections, but I was told to give it (2) weeks. I never had ceramic before, so I went along.  Which BTW their super special, not so much.  It was still over priced by about $100, but I was glad to get it done right away and I was willing to pay more.

After (2) weeks I submitted an email and I was happy to hear back from, Mike, the very next day.  However; from there I was left hanging multiple times. Originally, it was set for the following Saturday, but it was we are on our way, be there in a couple hours, etc. to just totally standing me up.  I rearranged my day to get this done. I am a very busy, professional, person, and I live by a schedule.

Then the following week it was a day-by-day thing, but I was assured if they could not get it done during the week we were solid for Saturday.  Again, I rearranged my day and cancelled personal plans.  I really wanted to get this behind me. It was a repeat of the previous week.  I live in a gated community and I was meeting them at a remote location.  One excuse after another, we went from 12-2, to 4pm to we are on our way at 6pm…… I waited up to 8pm and I did not get a call back until the following day

I told Mike, I will work with you, if you guys are that busy, but PLEASE do not do this to me a third time.  I am under a lot of stress with my schedule, please respect this. His attitude was like “we come to you, so what is the problem”

Mike, stated we want to get you done, we will put you on first thing to assure we don’t get hung up anywhere.  I thanked him and said ok – let’s do this. We set a time for Thursday 4/29/21 between 12-2pm, and that I would get call, but I never did. I called right before 2pm and said Mike, are you kidding me? He said oh we are on our way in 45, I have literally heard this a dozen times in the last (3) weeks, only to be left stood up, every time.  I said this will not work; you cannot expect me to drop what I am doing and accommodate you hour to hour.  Oh we will come to you….. what’s the problem?  Well the problem in that I was in (2) other counties and a hospital later that day. I then hung up and sent a text to mike that I wanted my money back.  They are obviously to busy to keep a commitment and I simply do not have the time to be strung along. I playing these games anymore. I NEVER got a reply back.

The next day I texted Mike and said, even after all this I am still willing to give you guys a chance to make this right with me. I do not trust you people now, your word means nothing.  All though the work is crappy all the way around, windshield is milky, etc. please just give me the cost to replace the drivers side windows (they are are worse) and the cost to have the film your company installed removed, so we can conclude our business. I get a call from Mike, still trying to fix the work.  I said are you kidding me? The owner hasn’t even reached out to me and that speaks volumes.

I can here someone yelling in the background.  Next thing I know, this guy gets on the phone, talking “firmly” to me and I asked who is this?  I am the owner, Dave, he said. I am an award winning window tinting specialist, and the guys that did your work were fired. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, just want you want to hear when you think your getting SCREWED. I tried to speak and he basically told me to shut up and listen to HIM. He continued on that I was wasting their time because they are trying to work. Again, are you kidding me? I then again tried to speak to tell him, we are past this and I just want my money back.  Again, he spoke over and me and said WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I then told him to F off and hung up.  

He proceeded to blow up my phone until I blocked his calls.

Now I am going after the full refund, $480 + $40 tip, the money I have lost in time, and reimbursement for the cost to clean my tan interior that his installers trashed (2) days after I bought my Mercedes.  

All this trouble because this blow hole, could not refund me a couple hundred dollars, and let me move on, when he was getting off easy!

It’s no longer about the money. It’s not OK to screw people out of their hard earned money because they cannot accommodate you.  While (2) hours late, you made it ok to the sale.
