I paid for a pallet of amazon returns for 79.99 and got 2 cheap non working items instead !!!

My wife purchased 3 dresses from Saks 5th Ave NYC. Within an hour of the sale, she contacted, let’s call him Chris the commissioned salesperson @SaksNYC, to cancel one Prada dress from the order. Chris, replied that he cannot remove it as ‘it is already at shipping’.  

Upon receipt of the dress, my wife immediately asked for a return courier label, but Chris, the commissioned salesperson, ignored various messages and only sent the label 5 days later. My wife then sent back the dress and expected full credit.  Chapter should have been closed. 

Unfortunately, 3 weeks after returning the respective dress, we received notice from Chris, the commissioned salesperson, that Prada/Saks refuses to credit us the $3,200 for the dress as ‘it is damaged’. 

Now looking at the history, my wife canceled the dress the same day, never wore the actual dress and immediately requested a return label.  Chris, the commissioned salesperson, on the other hand insisted on sending the dress, delayed issuing a return label and had possession of the dress for 3 weeks (who knows how many people handled the dress during this term) before notifying us of a rejection of the return. 

That is does fraud 101. On top of all this,  Saks/Prada then sent the dress back to us in a box that looked like it went thru a tumble dryer. 

My recommendation is that everyone thinks three times before purchasing items from Saks/Prada. The NYC store may have the prestigious 5th Avenue in their name, but they run their operation like a Shuk vendor. I also learned that this is not an isolated incident, as others went thru similar cases.  

Thankfully, I have texts of all the exchanges as well as pictures of the damaged box sent by Saks.  

My husband passed away a year ago and he had a business phone number. Since I do not need a business phone I want to change it to residential but keep the number. ATT tells me that I have to keep it as a business number unlisted for one year to change it to residential.

It is extremely expensive and I am on a fixed income. This is absurd and I need help to resolve this issue.

I was handed off to TRN after another company Tax Defense Network dropped the ball on my case and to thier credit they did refund my money. this was late 2019 and early 2020.

At TRN my story is like most of the other stories you give them your money lots of paperwork . I did speak with a couple of thier employes on a couple of occaisons though I had to contact them. Now midway through the Covid plague I stiopped hearing from them , could get anyone on the phone , no emails answerd etc.

I dont know how much they did for me on the tax years I owe but the letters from the IRS did stop ?  with the exception of 1 year they didnt include ??? which I am now getting a notice from the IRS that I jneed to pay this amount.  If I pay whats requested in the current IRS letter , what happens to the other years in question ?

I now have to start the process ALL over again only because I dont really know what the hell they have done ?  Those Bastards should have certain body parts nailed to the wall . If I could be part of a class action suit , I all in! Now which of these companies do you trust ?  .

as a foot note Tax defense Network wanted 7000. 00 to look into my case qnd promissed me a settlement ?? I declined

So what do I say? Where do I start? Well, I was in need of work. I was given a recommendation for the Taco Shack in Newburgh Maine. I texted the Taco Shack on facebook on their page. I didnt know what I was getting myself into long story short. I worked for them for maybe a weekend. ( SSI was about to f*ck me over and I needed to figure some things out ) I was put on leave. I came back and worked for their office not even 2 weeks later. His manager Kate Malo seemed sweet. We got along great. They had no A\C in this place and had another girl and I packing and cleaning a new building while these 2 asshats sat on their a*s and didnt have to do anything. Totes of paper, cleaning nasty sticky s**t off window sills, cleaning every corner you could think of. 

He had Parts for cars in these totes. So not only were we lugging paper by the toteful but we were emptying car parts out of these said totes. They did absolutley NOTHING! They even had the other employees load these totes and s**t into a truck. Mind you our offices were upstairs. Imagine carrying Full totes of paper across the office space but down the elevator and over to the garage. This b***h was so lazy we had to clean his office and take care of his sh*t. office work for this crook was unreal.

Anyway I ended up getting sick, it was hot and was even hotter non stop moving and lugging heavy totes of paper. hadnt eaten in 3 days and only living off water because he was paying us bi weekly 12.15 an hour. Yea hes that type of scumbag. I ended up going home early and after every shift id screenshot my hours. My first job wasnt a success, I got a text that next morning. ” You dont have to come in, I got you some hours at the taco shack we fired so and so ” Me in absolute shock that they fired this person because he went above and beyond for this s**t show, not only that but broke down with another employee helping this scum bag. 

On my first day at the taco shack, my co worker tells me that he and the other employee  that got fired found out some news that I may want to know, Nathan Reardon was charged for fraudently obtaining PPP loans. I know right I was kinda shocked too. a week goes by. Friday a day before we had to go in for work. R and I got called in to work ( The store wasnt even open during the week ) I shouldve said I was busy. Nate decided that we shouldnt clock in, wait this gets Even better. 

We get there and Kate Malo was sitting in her Lincoln SUV ( Nate has a Mercedes Benz ) She says the place is disgusting, well for 1 Every shift that I start I go and clean that nasty a*s bathroom EVERY SHIFT. We were going to get written up for not notifying the manager for something about the safe and the food, when I was there when my co worker called the stupid b***h about it LMFAO. She leaves, R and I are talking about literally just walking out. He called her and said hes done and that he quits. He then hands the phone to me. She says ” Are you staying or are you quitting to? ) I said I was done. 

She gets back to the Taco Shack tells us both to get out. I didnt even leave the property, I checked the On the Clock app which gives them our hours. IT WAS DISABLED. Little did these little bitches know I have a screenshot of ALL my hours. Nathan Reardon owes me atleast 310 bux. If he cant afford to pay me that he shouldnt have a business. Lets not talk about the other people he owes thousands too. I hope him and his little b***h kate read this. Im sueing them 

Had an appointment.  Show up and they said the Dr left early.  Why didn’t they call or text and let me know?  I rescheduled and went for appt and ask why they hadn’t call.  They said I wasn’t in their system.  How the hell did I get and appt then?

I wanted to get a bottom denture to snap on 4 implants that I had an oral surgeon implant 3 months previously.  I ask before the appt if they could do that?  They said they could.  When I went in for the appt they said I had to see their oral surgeon who couldn’t see me until a month away and I had to pay $480 right then.  Why the hell didn’t they tell me that on the phone when I called?  Why the hell did they lie and tell me they could do the dentures and didn’t tell me I had to pay $480 to see an oral surgeon and then wait a month even before they would talk to me about getting the implant dentures to snap on the implants that I already had.

I wasted the time and effort 2 times dealing with these incompetent, inconsiderate folks.

charged me for warranty monthly fee and reduced it to 69.00 for the silver package when I said I was going to cancel, They have not fixed anything on my car each time it went in the shop, This time it stopped on my and they towed it to my home, (i thought it was a starter ) find out from two tows and two shops the engine locked up. I have all the maintenance records. and I had the timing chain replaced, alternator so my car stayed ready until this day. I called car shield was contacted by the mechanics to say the engine locked up.

they sent an adjuster and denied the claim due to car front-end damage which I had no damage I was replacing parts because my bumper was snatched off from left to right. (trailer caught it) the fenders I been riding around for two years with them bent in. no engine damage. the adjustor tells the mechanic they are denying it because of the damage to the car. the mechanic said that has nothing to do with the engine. the car did not run hot, nothing with water pump. oil in the car.

My car has been sitting there for two months. I am now going to have it towed to my house tired of fighting them. you can’t talk to a supervisor (heck I don’t think they have any) you can’t talk to the claims adjuster.. the phone people are just workers pushing the transfers and taking your money and s****.>

per silver policy. I told them they can call the mechanic to get that done but they have to pay for it. since they need it. They refused to request and RDI to determine and verified the course of internal engine failure. a total rip-off. then I told them I wish to cancel for the 2nd time. funds drafted with out my authorization. called in for refund  refused.

They advertise pets for sale on Craigslist you pick one they ask for deposit because someone else wants same puppy so they will hold it with deposit then the other person pays all the asking price if I want it I have to send more money also the address they give to pick up puppy is an empty house in Yuma then there next city is Texas they go on and on I also found two other on Craigslist that do same thing best do not buy on online I’m out my money and no puppy

This was just a simple fast thing but I’m so irritated now that am taking the time to write this. The loan person Kellogg did not explain the process properly at all about soft pulls and hard pulls, was misrepresentating the chronology of the process and failed to make basic connections about a loan process when she was asked.

This was like someone who is on drugs, possibly deficient mentally, is insane or someone deliberately being obtuse in order to irritate. There are a few nice sounding and normal sounding I talked to trying to reach her and a manager but the manager was rather insidious, mostly defensive of the worker and I fear was not legitimate with my paperwork. I see other signs this company has a potentially fraudulent modality.

On top of this, a credit company called 360 something called me after our conversation? I don’t like being propositioned that way either and the vibe I got from her is that she is Canadian and a fraud, but that’s just my instinct.

I want to put this out so that no one else has to go through this horrible experience with their child. I agree with the others, in my opinion, our child’s teacher, Ms. Schmid, at Harbor Day School should not be able to label or diagnose children without the proper cridentials. Our child had always thrived when it came to doing math and loved reading. Ms. Schmid was the teacher and our child would come home not feeling good, sad and feeling not worthy. When we went to our first teacher conference she told us that our child was “just not a fit for the Harbor Day School” and that our child had learning disabilities.

This was a shcok to hear because our child has always performed well in school. Ms. Schmid told us that our child needed to be tested by another specialist and that our child needed a tutor and special help if we wanted to stay at Harbor Day. This sent us into a disasterous course of events, starting with paying a large sum of money to have our child tested with a “qualified professional.” We had numerous sleepless nights and our child was miserable because Ms Schmid made our child feel inadequate compared to the other children. 

Testing day came and the doctor asked us why we were there and I informed him that the teacher told us that our child had learning problems. He performed many tests and came out to us and told us that he saw “absolutely no learning problems” he said that our child was very bright and above avererage in nearly all of the testing, with math being extremely high. I asked him if he was sure this was correct and he said that he was correct and provided me later with a written report. 

Our child proceeded to have a horrible year with feelings of being inadequte but managed to make it through. From that point forward, we had issues with our child worrying about doing poorly in school because of Ms. Schmid. 

Our child performed excellent in school from then on and graduated the school at the top of the class. I learned from other parents that Ms. Schmid had done this to other children. I alerted the school about everything but they did not do much. I asked what her credentials were to do the labeling and diagnosis that she did, they are not what is needed to diagnos a child with those serious accusations. 

Our child went on to perform at the top of the class in high school, valadictorian and accepted to what some say is the number one University in the world. Does this sound like a kid with serious learning problems? There were no specialists hired to help our child get over a learning disability because there were no learning issues to being with.

Our only issue was MS. Schmid and her, in our opinion, “unqualified” label/diagnosis or what ever you want to call what she does. In our opinion, she should not be in the position of “learning specialist” and defiitely should not be diagnosing and labeling children and causing emotional distress!
