I ordered a pallet of Amazon warehouse liquidation products for $79.99. 8 days later I received 2 items, I received a chinese knock off older version of a Fitbit watch worth approximately $12, and a very cheap knock off version of earbuds worth $8.

Have been a good Seller with ETSY over many years. Their Customer Service is abominal!. Wait extensive time for a representative, and typically listen and need to transer you since the rep is not trained well on their operating software.
The software itself is very old, written by poor programmers who have long left the scene. Many areas of the software were not completed, so when you try and use them. They fail. Then the rep stumbles about trying to fix the issue, often just crediting your account pennies for the bad software. Years later, no repairs to the software, no training of the reps how to manage.
Expect long telephone waits. Expect zero call back if you opt for that feature, times out in about an hour.
Problem is they have one of the worst HOLD music selections ever heard. Have received numerous complaints, but they cannot replace it. Yet they can overlay ETSY ads on the bad hold music, so someone at ETSY knows how to modify the hold, but does not respect the fact that the bad music is one of the many complaints about their obsolete software.
While they provide a minimal platform, it has slid downhill for the added sales and volume. Remember the early days of Ebay? Finially, Ebay installed new software, written by better programers, and regained a little of their reputation.
ETSY is suffering the same. Minimal original, low volume software. Increase in activity, now exceeding the limits it was designed to handle. Have notified about 5 different error/uncompleted areas and the rep says they will pass it on. But nothing every becomes of the problem.
Zero/nil/nada customer service to the Selller. Cannot image had they mistreat the Buyer. ETSY’s failure to handle their problems will lead to the demise of their company. Last week, (8/20/2021), Etsy call is was effectively down for serveral days. No Call Backs, No Help, just NO customer service.
Thinking of opening as ETSY store?? LOOK elsewhere, ETSY is a dinasaur waiting for extinction.
Auto One Imports Sold me a suv that broke down 7 days after i bought it Lewisville Texas
We bought a 2011 GMC acadia Denali from auto One Imports on August 17th, we had the car a total of 4 days the battery light comes on. We go to Walmart to buy a new one and have it changed and they told us that it’s our alternator that I’d making our battery low.
So the next day we are in our way to the mechanics and it dies on me right in the middle of the street, so we have it towed to the shop. Low and behold its the spark plugs, coil and not sure yet but he thinks it’s also the timing chain.
So I called them and asked look is there a 30 day policy or something yall can do to help with this or get me in a new one that won’t cost us over $2000 to fix, and basically they told me it’s a as is and it’s my problem.
I have never in my life been so upset and the main reason we needed the car was because my kids and my parents are very sick and we needed a reliable car to go to doctors and take them to school. We haven’t even gotten to drive the darn thing a week Total.
Something needs to be done about these kinds of people now we haven’t even made our 1st payment and idk what to do about it.

Wayland Auto purchased a vehicle from a state auction that disclosed damages to the vehicle, including “trunk floor kinked and both quarters buckled.” This was confirmed by Experian’s AutoCheck service. They quickly listed this vehicle for sale as “Clean Carfax”, since the damages hadn’t registered in Carfax yet (they only appear after 6 months, and this is common knowledge among dealers).
Wayland then sold this vehicle to me as having a “clean Carfax,” as I mentioned above. I have all of documentation and they later refunded my purchase in full to avoid a legal action.

He only knows poltical corruption in a city that cators to sports, theft, and building useless parking garages. Sal, give the money back to the tax payers, and stop making the developers rich.
New South Windows Solutions Defective windows and door installed and poor customer service. Altamonte Springs FL
New South Windows Solutions has very poor customer service and defective products. I purchased 6 impact windows and a front door with sidelights. The windows failed the county inspection for various reasons and it took many months to get a response from the company. All six windows that were initially installed were defective. Finally after many months of ignored phone calls I was able to get them to come out and replace the windows. When the service tech arrived and installed the new one’s, it was noted that those too were defective (bowed on tip and sides). After more weeks of trying to get resolution they finally ordered new windows. Hopefully these won’t be defective too.
The front door was also installed with side lights. The door was improperly installed and leaked under the threshold. After many attempts at trying to get them to fix it I had to resort to filing a complaint with the state licensing board who came out and saw all the issues personaly. New South continues to delay and make excuses before finally comming out to service the door. It was removed and resealed and now looks terrible from all the handling and the door is loose on it’s frame to the point you can see daylight when the door is closed.
This company has poor quality products that are defective right out of the factory. Their own rep told me they have quality control problems. Not only is the product of poor quality but the service is terrible if you can even get them to come out and honor the contract. The warranty looks good on paper but they do not honor it. I reccomend looking for somehwhere else and save yourself a lot of headach. This is a dishonest company that does not care about it’s clients or the quality of the product they sell.

Never trust this company. They are liars, cheats and they have no moral code. They damaged my daughters car. When they picked up the car they say the “forgot” to provide the bill of lading showing the condition. They didn’t forget. They did this on purpose. When the vehicle arrived there was damage. They added the damaged to the Bill of Lading during transport so they could cover up what they did. Total scumbag move from a scumbag carrier. Avoid these people because they think they are above the law.
When I talked to a few other carriers as I began my investigation, I was told they have a track record of damaging vehicles and running from all responsibilty. It doesn’t get any worse then these guys. Don’t take chances with your car. Don’t give up your keys until you get a proper bill of lading at Point A. Don’t pay for the transport upon delivery until they hand you a properly filled out bill of lading showing the correct condition after you inspect it.

They had a good thing. But American Express allowed a computer alliterate person ruin their online banking service.
