Tattoo Union Scamming tattoo price and didn’t provide the service Chicago Illinois

I contacted the shop to schedule an appointment when a woman with a heavy accent told me they required a deposit for an appointment. She suggested I make a payment for an appointment & immediately began requesting my credit card number in less than 3 minutes into the conversation. The tattoo artist kept us waiting for a few hours when we made a reservation. Without getting started on the tattoo, he decided to leave the shop instead.

He has no sense of time committment to his clients. We didn’t have all day to wait around and he refused to give us the deposit back even though he wasn’t here for the appointment. The deposit can’t even transfer over to piercings. I’ve gotten multiple tattoos from all over the country and has never been quoted $800 for a very simple word tattoo.

Barry Evan johannesson / johannesson interior design. He says he is the ceo of the interior design company and will be talking to you about selling his paintings. He pretended to be interested in art. But the truth is none of his friends actually watch him finishing one single piece. When you thought you have an agreement he requested for some deposit to be emt to him. Then he will keep finding new excuses to ask for more money from you. Such as buying the paint or materials.

I met him in feb. but even until now, I haven’t received even one receipts from him. Not to mention any of his custom made painting for you. He will show you there are a few social exposure posts about him as an escort. But he was just being cyber bullied. After my investigation and verified with some real victims. Everything you can see on the dirty.com about him is true. I called to his business number. No one answer ever. I contact the strata based on his office address. It’s all fake. I reported to the police. What he really does is by using his title, the ceo of the interior design company to go to your house and evaluate your approximate value ( or numbers he can scam) Then he will show you the articles on the websites.

He is always the victim. And ask money from you. I Was going to redecorate my old condo. He says just adding on some new paintings will change everything. After we signed the contract, he never gave me a copy. Keep asking me to emt more and more money. But I was already paying for the canvas and paintings. I have never received any invoices. Or any paintings from Feb until the year end. Vancouver BC

Uber Eats Uber REFUSED PROPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHEN FOOD WASN’T DELIVERED AND THEN LIED ABOUT THE FACTS Indianapolis In

I ordered McDonald’s from Uber Eats on Saturday Aug 28th at approx 3:45-4:00 pm from the Baymont-Wynham Hotel at 16025 Prosperity Dr, Noblesville, IN 46060. I was staying in room 315 with my 15 year old and we were there because we were going to see Stained and Korn in concert that night at 6:30pm.

The hotel provides a shuttle service and we had to be on that shuttle at 6:00 pm. One would think that ordering 2 big Mac meals from Uber Eats 2 hours before we had to leave would be more than enough time. I was told our food would be there in 15-25 min. I was stuck on that 15-25 min for an hour with the app only saying the restaurant was preparing our food and would be delivered in 15-25 minutes. It’s now 5-ish and we’re starving and I’m becoming increasingly concerned, so I write in to support and get little to no actual clarifying response other than a sorry and looks like someone is on the way to the McDonald’s to get your order now.

Please write back if anything else happens. So I reach out to the delivery driver and tell her that if there’s any way she can get the order to us before we leave at 6 pm I’ll tip her more and thank you. Now the McDonald’s is only 2 miles away from the hotel and it should have DEFINITELY been enough time to get the food to us. As it’s approaching 5:30 I check the app and I see that it looks like the driver is in the parking lot. We run downstairs and walk outside and there’s a fair amount of people and cars all around but nothing standing out to me to be our food delivery.

I realize my phone is still in the room upstairs and run to go get it only to see the order marked as delivered. I ask the receptionist if they have it they don’t. By this time it’s about time to leave but I do submit to the help app that my issue was not solved. That’s all I really had time to do as we were literally leaving now to go to our event. We had a great time there, we bought some pretzel dips and ate after the concert. The next morning I get on chat with Uber and make sure I read the policy which states to complain within 48 hours.

Well I’ve already complained and was still complaining only to get message after automatic prewritten text generic message that after reviewing my complaint there was no ability for them to offer me a refund but sorry you got no food! I keep asking why are you not following your policy? I have been complaining first it was late, expressed my concern, never got what I paid for, followed the procedure and was communicative in a timely manner, what is the deal? No body would go into further explanation.

I get on with the chat service again FINALLY and tell the rep what happened. She says due to a large number of complaints on my UberEATS regarding THIS ISSUE they won’t give me a refund! WHAT? Then she says and the amount of overall complaints you’ve had recently with Uber eats in general. So I counted how many service related Uber eats complaints were in my PLATINUM CUSTOMER STATUS inbox and I had 5 complaints submitted on the last 10 months and they were complaints about items missing or an upcharge to what I was told I’d pay up front.

Then I counted how many orders I’d placed in the last 10 months and I had had 17 completed orders. So I am so offended that the rep is trying to say I’m some kind of repeat complainer without merit, this service is not cheap and I didn’t get what I paid for! Shouldn’t I complain? Wouldn’t you!? I’m furious. They refuse to do anything about it and say the driver marked it delivered so too bad.

Masters Plumbing & Heating Rosario M. Alu Jr. Cream Ridge NJ Negligence, damage to property, unwilling to rectify cream ridge nj

In July of 2021 there was a water leak from my 2nd floor bath thru the ceiling to the 1st floor below. This resulted in the tile ceiling in bath to sag, damaging the ceiling. Upon inspecting I had found plumbers putty sealing the the 2″ drain pipe to the floor drain in the 2nd floor shower.

There is supposed to be a technical rubberized seal between the 2″ drain pipe and the floor drain which due to the negligence of Rosario M. Alu Jr. AKA Russ from Masters Plumbing (nj Plumb Lic# 36b100991200) there is resulting damage which needs repair. Upon contacting Masters Plumbing Mr. Alu acknowledged doing the plumbing work but he was totally uncooperative in doing anything in rectifying his negligence which resulted in this damage.

Centres For Health & Healing – cfhh.ca ADDICTION SCAM John Haines cfhh Addiction Canada Addiction Treatment Scam Vaughan Ontario

Centres For Health & Healing is not What it Seems, SCAM!

Centres for Health and Healing touts itself as one of Ontario’s premier addiction recovery centres. The addiction centre says it takes your life seriously. They claim to provide holistic, personalized programs for clients battling with different forms of addiction.

That could not be further from the truth. The world of addiction treatment is a delicate one. If you want to enjoy the best results, it’s best to get addiction treatment at accredited centres to guarantee safe detox and recovery. Unfortunately, there are fake addiction centres out there parading themselves as the real deal.

Even worse, Centres for Health and Healing is one of such addiction centres. They are not fully accredited and as such, not certified safe by the proper regulatory bodies. What this means is that they can’t provide the safe, holistic services they promise. If you try to enroll for addiction treatment at

Centres for Health and Healing, you’re risking your recovery process and, worse, your life.

Below we take a look at some of its programs and how unreal they are.

Centres for Health and Healing’s Mental Health (CFHH) Treatment is Fake – SCAM!

Mental treatment is a key part of addiction recovery. It’s a sensitive process that involves the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues.

If you want the best results from mental health treatment, you’ll need regular psychological assessments and general healthcare. This level of psychological care can only be provided by expert psychologists with experience.

After going through a period of training and examination, psychologists have to get certified. Centres for Health and Healing is home to psychologists without any form of certification. Every form of mental evaluation you get at the addiction centre can’t be trusted and will hamper your recovery.

Don’t Trust Centres for Health and Healing’s CBT Programs (CFHH) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most complex parts of treating addiction. It’s also super effective. CBT has applications for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, sleep disorders and other addiction-related issues.

Centres for Health and Healing claims to use CBT alongside different treatment methods to support recovery from addiction. They claim to be able to customize CBT techniques to meet the needs of their patients. But it’s all a false image. Centres for Health and Healing doesn’t have highly trained professionals to provide CBT sessions. Reviews and reports, which we’ll provide later on in this article, show that many patients end up spending thousands on CBT without any positive results.

Individual Therapy Programs at Centres for Health and Healing (CFHH)

Individual therapy is a part of addiction treatment that requires one-on-one sessions with therapists. It’s an essential part of a comprehensive addiction treatment program.

Individual therapy involves sharing intimate details of your life with a therapist. Unfortunately, you can’t do this safely at Centres for Health and Healing because they don’t have confidentiality standards. There are reports of staff casually leaking private information and creating an unsafe environment for therapy.

The Problem with Centres for Health and Healing (CFHH)

From the above, it’s very clear that it’s best to steer clear of Centres for Health and Healing. If that’s not enough, here are some problem areas that make the treatment centre a no-go area:

Multiple Deaths

Inpatient addiction treatment is supposed to be safe, with patients getting round-the-clock treatment and monitoring. However, 24/7 monitoring at Centres for Health and Healing is a joke. The poor monitoring and evaluation at the treatment centre have led to multiple cases of death due to overdose. There are cases of patients using drugs while on admission at the rehab centre.

No Medical Detox – Medical Detox SCAM!

The absence of an unaccredited detox centre in an addiction rehab centre is a red flag. The detox stage is the first and perhaps the most important part of addiction treatment. It’s here that addicts can safely go through withdrawal and flush hard drugs out of the body.

Centres for Health and Healing says that it offers medical detox, but it’s a lie. The rehab centre doesn’t have a medical detox program.

No Zoning

Zoning, certification and accreditation are three essential factors necessary to operate a rehab centre legally. Centres for Health and Healing ticks none of these boxes. They have no zoning and conduct addiction treatment illegally.

Real-Life Reviews about Centres for Health and Healing

Don’t just take our word for it. Below, we’ll paraphrase some of the online reviews from people who have used Centres for Health and Healing.

Poor Management and Deleting Reviews

This particular client complained that Centres for Health and Healing keeps deleting his reviews. According to them, Centres for Health and Healing is trying to get rid of honest reviews.

He paid $30,000 for an addiction treatment program at Centres for Health and Healing, and he didn’t get his money’s worth. The management lied about everything. They only provided one employee to manage over 11 patients. The staff on hand were young and dealing with mental issues of their own. At a point, police had to be called due to the poor management at Centres for Health and Healing.

According to him, “This place is not accredited for a reason!”

The Doctors Are Not Approved

Centres for Health and Healing is not accredited by any regulatory body. Hospitals, clinics and medical rehabs can only provide effective treatment when they have accreditation. According to this customer, it’s impossible to verify the professional standing of their medical professionals. Also, they don’t even have WSIB numbers or a verifiable insurance company. If you pay for a rehab program at Centres for Health and Healing, you’re tossing your money into flames.

Poor Communication

Another review says that no one seems to work at Centres for Health and Healing. They don’t pick up calls and are never available to chat. If you require urgent help, Centres for Health and Healing is not the place to go.

Here’s one straight from the client’s mouth to round up the reviews about Centres for Health and Healing.

“This place is a joke. We were looking for help for my 78-year-old mother-in-law. Everything seemed great during the tour – the staff really know how to sell themselves and this facility.

Upon arrival, things changed.  The showers were not working, and the front gate was broken. They don’t offer support. Therapists and counsellors were late to meetings. No one touched base about progress; I could go on.

KEITH & JULIA owe us nearly 2000 dollars for overpaying and are ignoring emails and phone calls. Money is the secondary issue. They didn’t care at all about the success and recovery of my mother-in-law. Empty words and broken promises throughout the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.”

Final Words

No medical detox, accreditation or certified staff to manage addiction treatment cases. Centres for Health and Healing should be a no-go for you. Stay safe!

THEY DELETE THEIR REVIEWS!
First off, it alarming to see that reviews have been deleted. These were peoples honest experiences! If I could give less than one star I would.
My best friend went there, for $30,000! First off Keith lied about EVERYTHING on the tour. Medication was not properly managed. There was one staff on for more than 11 “patients”. Police had to be called on numerous occasions. Literally nothing was organized. The staff were very young and dealing with mental health issues of their own. These reviews need to be read ! These place is not accredited for a reason!

2. Stephen Cowen

No one seems to work there they don’t pick up the phone or there chat online nothing I think if someone was in need they wouldn’t be the ones to call or count on

3. Laurie Ann:

Not accredited.

Don’t go to a centre that is not accredited.

If you don’t know what this means – do your due diligence. Hospitals, clinics and other rehabs are accredited. Check each person who works there and verify their professional standing with the appropriate college. Find out who their medical doctor is as well and if they come on site. Ask what insurance company or wsib number is – if they don’t have them they are are not approved. Don’t give anyone any money until you ask these important questions.

This place is a joke…

We were looking for help for my 78 year old mother-in-law.

Everything seemed great on the tour – the staff really know how to sell themselves and this facility….

Upon arrival… showers were broken, front gate is broken, NO support. Therapist and councillors were late to meetings. No one touched base about progress, I could go on…

45 days minimum turned into week by week .. It was an absolute money grab making us pay week by week without seeing an invoice.

KEITH & JULIA owe us nearly 2000 dollars for over paying and are ignoring emails and phone calls. Money being the secondary issue…. they didn’t care at all about the success and recovery of my mother-in-law.

Empty words and broken promises throughout the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE.

Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here in hopes of recovering.

BEWARE to all people who are genuinely looking for real help.

This is not the place.

5. Cesare Pacitto

First of all the councilors seem to have little experience and seem to come in to Group sessions unprepared and many times late. The sessions consisted of a handout and them reading word for word then asking for questions. They had limited knowledge to actually elaborate on the topics and make the session more interactive and keep it interesting. That’s probably why most clients were missing and or tuned out. This tells me they were disorganized and little experience. I am currently at CHRC Peterborough with 6 Professional Psychotherapists with much more knowledge and experience. Management regularly violated Smoking By-laws and allowed Clients to do so as well even after I complained about it they abided by By-law for a few days then broke it. Very Irresponsible for Health and Wellness Institute. Kitchen area often dirty where clients were allowed to come in and out of possibly contaminating Chefs work area. I found flies on the food several times. I think Health Department would have something to say about that. I took it upon myself to keep the kitchen area and spray and decontaminate the area every single day for the 30 days there. They allowed one client to come and go every day and sometimes they would give him a mask but did not force him to keep it on . Again Irresponsible. They were unable to keep control of disruptive clients and police called several times. Plus they lied to me to get me there. They promised me one thing to get me there then changed their mind once I paid. Even the maintenance man was allowed to spend more time chasing and going for walks with one of the female guests than maintaining the building.
Overall this place is Disorganized and Unprofessional. NOT worth the money.

6. Scared Ofretribution

If you care about your loved ones do not send them to this facility! First this place infested with cockroaches. You can see dozens to hundreds of them during the daytime you can find them in every portion of the house including the bedrooms. They’re not accredited by the ministry and haven’t been inspected by the ministry. The staff do not adhere to covid protocol. They should all be wearing masks in the house and around any clients. The clients are tested for covid and spend more than two weeks there so everyone knows they don’t have it but the staff come in and out of the facility go to their family go to whatever functions and mingle with each other which is a very high risk of spreading covid. This place in no way is luxury. 99% of the amenities they claim to have they don’t have Yes the property’s beautiful and yes there’s a couple of animals but they don’t have anything else they claim to have. They claim to have a pool and yes there’s a pool on the property but it’s not open or usable because they wini take care of it and they don’t want to pay the insurance of having it open. They claim to have a gym which they do not have, they have a handful of weights and an exercise ball. They claim to have a chef and a cleaner, it’s not a chef it’s a cook at best and there are no cleaning staff at all. The clients are expected to do all of the cleaning for the entire facility themselves. They say that the chef will take care of all meals except for weekend breakfasts the clients are expected to take care of their breakfast every morning one day a week they are expected to take care of all of their meals also on the weekend they are expected to take care of all of their meals. The majority of the food is no name brand, the majority of the meat is last day for sale and there is no structure or meal plan. It is not designed by a dietitian it’s just left up to the whim of the cook. They charge different clients different prices even though they are not getting different treatment and they’re there for the same amount of time. When you tell them you can’t pay everything up front that they might have to take a couple of payments they refuse that and they suggest you use a credit agency. I don’t think it’s coincidental that Ken and the manager own a portion of that credit agency and charge you more than 40% interest. I also don’t think it’s coincidental that Ken gets a portion of money every single time he brings a client into the program. They are clearly more focused on money than they are focused on client care. They all drive very expensive brand new cars several of them have multiple cars including Ken.
It’s been said that several times clients have used illicit drugs on the property and they were stolen from the staff area or brought into them and passed to them over the fence. They’ve had people with significant medical conditions and significant mental health conditions in the rehab facility as well. These people need to be in facilities that cater to their needs. This facility has no medical attention whatsoever and definitely cannot deal with severe mental health issues either. They claim to have medical supervision and a doctor they sometimes have a practical nurse on 24 hours a day. Many times they don’t and they have a regular staff member working at night that can’t deal with any medical emergencies and can’t deal with any mental health issues the best they could do is call 911. Detoxing can be life threatening and needs 24 hour supervision. Yes they have a doctor by which they mean they’ll bring you to the walk-in clinic if you have an issue and yes they have access to a psychiatrist which yes they’ll bring you once you pay a $3,000 fee. $3,000 fee for a psychiatrist that takes ohip.Te staff seem to be nice people unfortunately there are not enough of them to run the program efficiently. The manager is in her late 20’s she may some wxperience but not enough to run thisfacility. I regret sending my son here.
Please take your loved one somewhere else where they get the care they need and deserve.

Dean Stermer Stermer Distribution Failed to honor contract to build building and kept over $90,000 of our draw money; Pilot Point Texas

We signed a contract on 01/09/2021 with Stermer Distribution/Dean Stermer to build a tractor barn on our property. The contract defined the price, draw schedule, and completion date within 3 months. The first and largest draw was due at signing. Thru January and February, he continually stalled and made up excuses for delays, even saying that one of his employees had stolen our draw money from him.

After the concrete pad was finally poured in April, he demanded the 2nd draw and disappeared. He did send some workers out in May to begin framing. Framing was never competed, and some of it needs to be torn down because of the poor workmanship. He stopped contacting us or returning our calls. We sent certified letters to him that he never picked up. He finally agreed to meet with us on July 9th, six months after we signed the contract and had nothing to show for it but a pad and a partial, pathetic attempt at framing.

We recorded the entire conversation in which he apologized and said he would pay us back for the incomplete project. He then played his stall game again for about a month, even saying he would have a check to us in before the end of July, which or course never happened. He lies and makes up excuses, anything to delay any legal action and buy himself time.

He has no problem stealing from people. He owes us $95,856 and has made no effort to make good on our contract. Stay far away from Dean Stermer and Stermer Distrubution. He is a thief.

1-800-Accountant Refusal to Refund / Kept $2K for No Services ny ny

1800Accountant offered services to me for a menu of acctg services. I paid an initial pmt of $1950 and was to pay a second payment of $1700 in thirty days. I uploaded a few documents but never got around to getting everything set up — had some personal things going on and financially it just wasn’t working for me. I tried to cancel before the initial thirty days as I didn’t want that payment to go through, and I was urged to stay and push the second payment out to September.

I thought that was very nice — at first. I now know once they had me in past thirty days, they can keep your money, regardless of any servies provided or not — per their policies. Needless to say, come August the personal issues were still heightened with covid and family deaths, business and personal issues combined… I decided to cancel this for now and possibly revisit when I had the time and finances to really dedicate to it. I still hadn’t uploaded everything and received zero work product at this point.

I asked for a refund and was told that it was a “no refund policy for any reason outside of thirty days.” Doesn’t matter that they delivered no service. They would not refund. I’m now concerned they may also take the other $1700 out of my account. I’ve filed complaints and was told by Mark Johnson there that it would be escalated and I should “expect a call within 24-48 hours.” I was also told this initially when I tried to get a refund and never received a call — 2 weeks posted before I finally called again myself to hear it phone to phone. They were just avoiding me as they had no intention of refunding my money. Again, I received no services at all. Not a document was touched, ever.

Road Runner Sports Road Runner 4 Times Repeated Scam and Violations of Terms of Service San Diego California

I have had repeated issues with Road Runner Sports over the last year over 4/4 interactions with this company.  In order to save time, I will highlight the two most egregious examples of poor business practices, unacceptable customer service, violations of their own terms of service and overall complete unprofessionalism.

During October 2020, I attempted to return some items that I had purchased from Road Runner.  While I was still within my 90 day return policy, they refused to accept my returns, constantly coming up for different reasons as to why they could not take my return.  They said that I must return it to the store of original purchase, which I was unable to do so, then said I could not send it back in to corporate headquarters as it would not arrive at their destination within 90 days.

I asked if I could return it to the nearest Road Runner location, and they then made various reasons as to why they would not take my return, such as condition of item (which they did not know what condition it was in), time of return being only several days before 90 day return policy, and utilizing the wrong communication channel to reach out to them.  This ended with them blocking my email and no longer being able to communicate with them.

While this previous experience was enough to never work with them, they reached out via email in July 2021 and said I had a significant amount of rewards available to use, so I figured I would try once again to work with Road Runner and potentially get some new gear.  Transaction occured on July 29, 2021. Involved online purchase through roadrunnersports.com. Purchase was completed through Road Runners online portal. However, upon completion of order, the shipping address was destined for an old address that I do not live at.

Contacted customer service within 8 minutes. They took 4 days to respond. After purchase, Road Runner made fraudulent second charge on my bank card, resulting in canceled card and reordering of bank card. Have a documented email exchange in which Road Runner refuses to accept responsibility or take action to resend package or refund purchase. Each time they place blame back on customer and when there is legitimate rebuttal, they come up with more reasons as to not provide refund or send package to correct location.

During this entire experience, they refused many times to assist with either sending the package to the right address or providing a refund.  I had to cancel my debit card (which was metal and quite expensive), contact my bank for chargeback, contact the BBB, FTC and waste countless hours begging their customer service to remedy the situation in any way possible.

Overall, Road Runner has below acceptable levels of customer service.  They will get you to sign up for their VIP rewards service and make it nearly impossible to cancel.  They have done similar things of refusing to provide refunds on items that don’t get delivered to other customers.  I write this not to vent, but to ensure that no one ever has to go through such a terrible experience.

I will continue to attempt to reach out to their C-levels to ensure that they fix their own policies, as well as warn potential customers to avoid their company until they get their act together.  Save yourself a significant amount of headache and grief and avoid Road Runner Sports at all costs.

Xindy Foot Spa Unethical business practices and ignorant owner Tinley Park Illinois

I tried to give a tip the owner declined and pressured me to give more money. He actually pointed to a sign that tells you what you should tip. He keeps a sign on the wall by the register telling customers what they should give as a tip. $5 says unhappy with a mean face $10 with smiley face that says happy and so on and so forth.

They do not change out the bedding after each customer especially during a pandenic. The owner never said that you and was offputing essentially like you are bothering him. He barely acknowledged I was there. It’s supposed to be a massage spa, but you’ll walk out feeling stressed. They maybe llegal from China.
