loveofgenevieve on instagram genevieve hermosa, [email protected] loveofgenevieve Pretended to be a legitimate massage therapist

Pretended to be a legitimate massage therapist only to collect credit card info and attempt to charge a porn website membership. Luckily the transaction was denied and I avoided the charge. I now have to change my card number.

asiandate.com there are many accounts which are fake and send 3rd party pictures as if their own private pictures to deceive members Sliema

I have been on this site more than a year. There are many fake accounts used to make customers spend more money on the site by reading mail or chatting. They lure people by sendin private pictures, which are actually belong to 3r parties. I can give some examples. ID: 1437231 account send instagram pictures of wendy yu as her own pictures. ID: 1392683  sends korean model named yeyong pictures as if her own picture. ID: 1524612 sends pictures from chinese nude picture sites.

All can be verified by revers picure search on google. 3 cases just an example of many fake accounts on this site. When I complain about this to site management, they send me mail saying all cases must be verified by link. And there is no wrong with sending porn site pictures. But they ignore the fact that it is cheating to send 3rd party picture as if her own. I suspect most of the fake accounts are paid agents of the site to increase their revenue. They have other way of scamming people as well, but this is the easily proofable one.

By the time of writing this letter I discoverd that reverse search of wendy yu pictures were removed but her instagram pictures still in there. This site also cover this kind of evidance to clear their name. They also use mail flood method to generate more revenue from their customers. I have more than 75K emails in my inbox to read. One account ID: 1480192 sent me 18K+ letters, which I never responded.

Considering each mail cost 10 credit and 20 credit costs 16$, appearently she spend  288K $ which is highly impossible. There are many such as accounts which it will take time to compile reqired data. It is obvious this is scam done by this infamous site.

ICON FOOD MARKETING, NOW THE CHEFS ADVOCATE ANNETTE DAVIDSON ICON FOOD MARKETING THE CHEFS ADVOCATE LOANED ANNETTE DAVIDSON $5,000.00 IN 2017, AND SHE STILL HAS NOT PAID ME BACK. BROKE TIME AGREEMENT TO REPAY LOAN WITH INTEREST. NEW YORK NEW YORK

Annette Davidson of Icon Food Marketing, now The Chef Advocate has REFUSED to repay a loan totaling $5.000.00 in the first quarter of 2017.  She stated to had the funds and would repay the money within 30 days.  I am still waiting and the 30 days has turned into almost 5 years.  When I contacted Annette Davidson at her 646 area code, I recieved a text stating that the number no longer belonged to Annette Davidson.

I then began to research her futher and found Annette Davidson who now owns The Chef Advocate.  When I reached out to her new phone number with area code 917, she then reqeusted that I contact the 646 area – the same number which I received a text stating that this number no longer belonged to Annette Davidson.  I loaned Annette Davidson funds after just meeting her and as a woman owner I who was in trouble, out of Good Faith I loaned her $5.000.00 under the agreement I would be paid and with interest.

Since then, Annette Davide has had amnesia and pays me in spurts of $100 or $200 for the most part.  Still owing me well over $2.500.00.  Maybe airing the truth about her Character, Integrity and Deceitful Business Tactics will force her to pay me my money.  ANY CHEF LOOKING TO WORK WITH HER SHOULD RUN LIKE HELL!  I heard her tactics were such but never thought them to be true until it happened to me.  RUN!

Annette Davidson, I knew you for a fews days and came to your rescue and this is what you have done to me.  You are wrong in everyway!  Sadly, you don’t even have a conscious about what you have done to me!

Medical Guardian Bad product design – Faulty Wristband and False Advertising and Poor Customer Service Wilmington DE

I am having a major and unresolved problem with Medical Guardian.  My father in law recently lost his wife and wants to stay in his home and he is a fall risk and has a heart pump.  We researched medical alert companies and helped him choose and he signed up with Medical Guardian earlier in August – The Classic Guardian.  He does not want to wear a necklace – he only wanted a wrist band.  When the system arrived, the wrist band that they sent was not the design that is shown on their website for the Classic Guardian.

Instead of having a metal buckle at the end like a belt, it was all silicone and to fasten it you have to push two little silicone prongs into two holes.  The one they sent is a very bad design – you can not push against an old persons arm to push the silicone tabs into the holes, and you can’t put your finger behind it to push them in, as that pinched my father in law when we tried to do that, so we had to put it on very loosely which is not ideal, and then it fell off.  We tried putting it back on several times and it kept falling off.

The only system that shows this style of wrist band is the Mobile 2.0.  I called on August 16 and was transferred to the department that takes calls if you want to cancel your membership after the first lady on the phone tried to just blow me off and tell me that we must have received the wrist band that comes with the system we chose, and that turned out not even to be true, so when I told her that if they could not send a better designed wrist band we would have to cancel our service, and then she transferred me.  I spoke to Robert Sullivan who told me to call 800-313-1191 to talk to him directly if we had any future problems or questions and he said that he was going to send out the other style wrist band the next day – the one with the metal fastener at the end as is show on their website.

The post date shows what the package was mailed three days later and we received it approx. August 22.  When we opened the package we found out that we were sent the exact same silicone wrist band, and also a necklace/pendant that my father in law does not want and we never asked for.  I called again on August 24th and had to go through the problem with the first person who answered the phone and then get transferred to the other department again – (They said that Robert Sullivan was on another call and not available to speak with me).

A lady (I did not get her name) listened to our problem and she said (as well as the man who I spoke to first said) that the design of their wrist bands must have changed, and she was going to reach out to management to see if the wrist band style with the metal fastener is still available – if they had any in stock.  She said that she would get back to me by phone in the next two or three days and let me know what she found out, and as of today, four days later, I have not heard back.  I looked on the website today and it still shows that the silicone band is what you get with the Mobile 2.0 system, and it still shows the band with the metal fastener should come with the Classic Guardian.

We have not been able to use the system at all so far, and we are lucky that my father in law has not had any falls.  I don’t understand how Medical Guardian can have such good ratings when the customer service that we have received is so poor, and when they even have such a bad design of a wrist band with the silicone one in their inventory – they need to get rid of that wrist band asap.

China persecuting Muslims This is what communist countries do,

How can the world sit back and allow persecution of Muslims China didn’t like it when the Japanese persecuted them in world war II and America aided China and fighting the Japanese because America’s against persecution but now China’s playing the big boy game and they think they have the right to persecute people maybe Japan should get involved? Why the Muslims allowing this? I am not a Muslim I am a Christian and it appalls me how somebody’s belief could make them be persecuted by a communist government…..

Fluent Home Burglar Alarm Systems Burglar Alarm Systems Lehi Utah

FLUENT is  the most dishonest, rude, corrupt business I have ever associated with.  DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM WHATSOEVER; they are very deceiving and manipulative.

Had a home security system in place. Connie wanted to switch to Fluent; they sent a technician out, and he told my mom the equipment already in use IS compatible with their system.  (Took advantage of an 86 year old lady).

This was supposed to be a free installation; there was no charge in switching over and using their approved materials.

A year and a half later, my mom had to switch out batteries.  All hell broke loose.  The second repairman said he could not fix it because it was not one of their products, not insured under them. The system would not work correctly, problem after problem, it takes 1 to 2 hours to get anyone on the phone. Finally, my mom talked with  Natasha from headquarters in  Lehi, Utah.  This woman was the most disrespectful, power-hungry, horrible representative. She does not give a  dang about the customers nor sought a resolution with respect and sympathy.

She even had the gall to put a note on my mom’s account that no one else would service her without talking with her first.  She would not let my mom talk to anyone else.  She was seething on the phone with my mom. “You can’t go to anyone else but me.” So, this woman was out for revenge; my mom called her out and made sure she was targeted and could not speak to anyone else (she heard a rep talking about the note).

Natasha told my mom the technician knows nothing and idiots, and they shouldn’t say anything; this is an admittance of their responsibility for lack of correct information. My mom asked why he did not tell me it was not compatible, “Natashia’s reply, “He doesn’t have to tell you anything about that; he is just there doing his job.”  I ask where the money was supposed to be invested in my mom’s free security system they did not install but deceived into thinking it was compatible. hummmmmm that is so obvious, deceit.

Natasha doesn’t follow the rules, but she expected my mom to follow the contract rules, over rides scamming a customer.  OH, the best response from another rep, Eric “The rules are they to rip out the old materials and replace with their equipement” and “We give you the parts but you have to pay the technichan.”  FOR WHAT, a job they should have done correctly, to begin with, own up to their little deceiving dishonest claim.  Please take my word for this, RUN!!

USAA Insurance claim denial – Vague contract San Antonio Texas

11-year USAA member here. We have checking, savings, 2 homeowners policies, 4 auto policies, 1 personal property insurance policy, 2 auto loans, and a credit card with them.

We purchased mold endorsements with our policies at the time of creation. 2-years ago, we repaired a plumbing leak behind our washer and dryer, and confirmed there was no mold damage. When replacing floors recently, we discovered mold on the baseboard extending onto the studs surrounding the area where the leak occurred.

After filing a claim with USAA and providing proof of repairs, pictures of damage, professional inspection, and testing results confirming the source, our claim was denied because it was not filed within 1-year of the original leak.

This mold policy is worthless, and we’ve been financially raped by these crooks for over a decade. We will be promptly closing all of our accounts. USAA won’t steal another penny from us.

Craig Blake of Promise Land Realty Craig Blake has owed us money for 4 years! He is a liar and a cheat! Don’t trust him EVER! Kennesaw Georgia

Craig Blake contracted with our company to do some work for him. We did the work, he didn’t pay. He has made multiple promises to pay but they are lies. He has paid minimum payments when threatened with lawsuits. He promised to make monthly payments and then didn’t make them. He lies constantly. Don’t believe anything he says.

He keeps promising to pay, and doesn’t. I am sending him to a shark infested collection company. I don’t expect him to pay them either, but at least I won’t have to listen to any more of his awful lies. Don’t trust him. Look into his background. He is in debt up to his eyeballs and refuses to pay.
