Aaron Tucker Forward and Behavioral Mental Health Forward Behavioral and Mental Health Warning Warning Warning Fake Mental Health Facility Fresno California

Warning, Warning, Warning, Forward Behavior and Mental Health is a fraud ran by a psychopath Aaron Tucker.  He is a manipulator and does not have the knowledge, skills, or ability to run a Behavioral Health center.  He has invested into people’s misery and suffering for money. Arron Tucker is your typical immoral, unethical jerk trying to make a quick buck.

He uses his manipulation against people into thinking he has the “perfect” life.  Four perfect beautiful children, he posts way too much about them, and wants so much to project the image of this perfect, happy life.  No one has the perfect life; psychopaths like Arron want people to think that they are in power and control with constant compulsions and image projection only to get what he wants.  Constantly showing your images as this life of entrepreneur, involved dad, loving husband, faith based, Christian.  All of this is a lie people, he is a fraud.

He owns property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  This property is riddled with issues pertaining to ethics, morals, and basic humanity none of these characteristic and fundamental community exists with his tenants or his house. Supposedly, his tenants work at his bouncy house business. Traffic going on all hours of the day and night. He is running an operation out of his Baton Rouge home that is destroying the neighborhood and community.

Meanwhile, he is hiding in Fresno, running a mental health facility without any credentials.  If you follow Arron Tucker and his history it becomes apparent that his psychopathy has served him well.  Living in Baton Rouge in 2014, bought the house there in 2016, across the street from where he rented. I talked to a few neighbors that lived around him, because I was curious after my nephew received treatment at this fraudulent Forward Behavior Health Center.  My brother said just walking in there, the hair stood up on his arms.

The staff were fake play actors, all just seemed like they were lost and had no foundation of any type of mental health help.  Typical fraudulent business where you open a business as a front for other businesses.   The neighbors in Fresno (yes, I talked to some of them too) said that Kelsey never came out of the house.  Dirty diapers were always on the front lawn where they overflowed from the trash and they just left them there and did not put them in the can.   Arron was the only visible one and was overheard using racial slurs in Louisiana, that is typical, he is a racist.

They hibernated inside and rarely came out. He always seemed like he was hiding something. He then rented out his house in 2016 and that is when the constant traffic started in and out of the house all night.  Stripper ribbon hanging from the tree where this girl would put on a show.  Men on the street would come out to watch, Navy Commander who lived across the street was obsessed with the stripper ribbon show the girl who lookedlike she was 15, the neighbors said.   The traffic causes issues, and he is basically looked at as a slum lord in the neighborhood.  Another for profit business.  Aaron *ucker, replace the T with and F and that is basically what he could be characterized as just that.

My nephew said that the staff at the Forward Behavioral Mental Health were incompetent.  They try really hard to get your money and that is about it.  He saw the in-take girl laughing at a gentleman in a high state of crisis like it was funny.  April is nice, but way out in left field. This staff is clueless about mental health, poorly chosen, poorly trained.  Arron seems to always cut corners for a quick buck.

Going to this place will make your life worse. It’s a psychopath’s image portrayed in an internet site that really is a fraud. Another image projection by Arron. Staff cannot help you; this is a cover business for the bouncy house business and his youth gang tenants in Louisian

Kelsey is a waif, useless sponge taking up space in the ocean of life. How do they afford four kids, big house in Fresno, house in Baton Rouge where his employee runs his bouncy house?  This is better than fiction people.  Aaron and Kelsey have gaps in their employment history, thirty-four-year-old can’t have success like this without “other” things going down, not that hard to put together people.

Stay far far away from these freaks.  My nephew reported this fake facility to the proper authorities. I am  real advocate for mental health and do not want vulnerable people scammed because of this facility.  Having mental health issues is enough already, dealing with pyscho’s is another.

Do not use this place for help with mental illness it is a fraud.

Rick Valentine RickValentine LLC California corporate ID 201524410214 Charged $7500 for a marketing program that was a sham San Marcos California

RickValentine, operating as California company number: 201524410214, is an online-only marketing consulting company. This company is fraudulent, taking full payment for an online product and then delaying the delivery of the product to the point of near irrelevance. As well, the product itself is fraudulent in that it in no way fulfills the company’s claims.

I contracted with Valentine for its “accelerator” online course & coaching system, which was promised to guide me through the process of creating an effective online marketing and advertising program for an online course I developed. The “accelerator” was to last 10 weeks, which matched my goals for launching my online product in a timely manner.

In a 1 p.m. ET March 18, 2021 call, Rick Valentine and I had a phone conversation in which I confirmed that the “accelerator” process would start in early April and would be complete by early June 2021, which was essential to achieve my timeline for this time-sensitive project. Valentine assured me that the schedule and content in his “accelerator” would fulfill my goals. I paid $7,500.

Once payment was received, Valentine immediately announced that, in fact, the “accelerator” would not start until May 18. This immediately announced delay indicates that Valentine knew in advance of payment that the program would not commence on the contracted date. This comprises a deceptive business practice and invalidates both Valentine’s own the 15- day expiration on the “no questions asked money-back guarantee” and the ability of a consumer to reclaim payment via credit card bank.

Furthermore, the “accelerator” consists of information widely available online and the “coaching” component consisted literally only of feedback that the work my team and I were accomplishing was ‘great’…only to be told the next week that in fact we were not following the “accelerator” steps correctly.

Both the delayed start and the incompetent material comprise a breach of contract.

In fact, the opposite occurred. Instead of a smooth and speedy funnel design, build and launch, my design, build and launch has been tangled, complicated and slowed by incompetent consulting and course materials that fell far short of the promise.

In fact, Rick Valentine knows that his “accelerator” is not what he promises customers. His staffer Justin Rosenthal said as much in a June 29, 2021 recorded Zoom call in which 4 customers, including me, all voiced the same frustrations and complaints about the failures of the program.

I subsequently requested an extension of the duration of the program to at least complete the process, as the allotted time for the “accelerator” expired before I could straighten out the problems inflicted by the Rick Valentine team.  On July 6 2021 I discussed with Rick Valentine the utter failure of the program and his only proposal was to charge me an additional $1,000 to complete the process that his team failed to complete according to their own schedule.

In a letter sent certified mail on July 19, 2021 I requested a refund by August 10. I have received no response, except to confirm that the letter was received.

I request a full refund of my $7,500. Rick Valentine advertises heavily online, especially to aspiring entrepreneurs and older citizens hoping to “capitalize on their expertise” by becoming coaches or course creators. He appears to believe his operation is impervious to accountability because it does not have a physical location. When I told him I requested a refund, he laughed.

Larry Jacobs Internet Marketing Larry Jacobs Jorge Lazaro Diaz Jorge Diaz Rochelle Bata Anson Tianco Ripped-Off By Larry Jacob Internet Marketing Miami Florida

I paid over $5,000 as a down payment for some work on my membership website on June 25th. I was given a list of phases when certain things will be done. We never got to Phase 1, which was only supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks. I contacted Mr. Jacobs on July 27th, over 30 days later, to request an update. Now our contract was in Week 5 with only one week left to launch my Membership website.

Nothing was done. He claimed he just moved a week before and that he would get with his team. I received an update on July 29th that they would do some things, and we can meet on Zoom sometime in the first week of August. After this, I was distraught after logging into my development account, where they requested access over two weeks prior, and there was nothing but a cloned website.

On July 30th, I asked for a refund because there was nothing done. I spent over $5k not to see Phase 1 almost six weeks later.  After I sent an email to end this agreement, he logged into my website, added some hideous styling that I never asked for, and added some incomplete functions that didn’t work with the website. Then had the nerves to make videos describing what he did, which was nothing but make my existing theme look hideous. I found his details on the Memberium Partner website here: https://memberium.com/implementation-partners. Memberium is a respectable software firm. How did they allow someone as unprofessional as this onto their website is beyond me?

The second time I requested a refund, I still didn’t receive anything but a follow-up question about reverting the site to where it was. Nothing was lost but an uncompleted Affiliate page and a couple of test contacts.

Shortly after, I hired another developer to work on the site. I requested another refund for the third time on August 16th, close to two months after I started dealing with this. He replies with another excuse about being out the prior week and that I would get a refund. His exact words,

“In the attached project update dated July 29th, five weeks from the start of the project, we provided you with a detailed update including four videos explaining the work we had completed for you. We had completed about 70% of the project by then. The update stated we would be done by the end of the following week or week 6.

In our agreement later, I had given you a project schedule of 4 to 6 weeks.  On July 30th, five weeks from project start, you cut off all access to your hosting environment, WordPress website, and Keap / Infusionsoft account.

If you no longer want us to work with you on the project, I understand. We will settle for the 50% payment.  There is no refund due.”

Basically, he stated he would have done the six-week project in one week. I had over 17 items on the list to complete. Not one thing was completed thoroughly. He half worked on only four of the items. Do you think his communication, the non-working items he claimed he worked, was worth over $5,000?  This feels unbelievable that a so-called professional would feel comfortable enough to take someone’s money like this.

Ross Anderew at Off Road Kings or On Road Kings Withholding funds from car sell. Uvita

Just want to let other people know about this person/company so they do not have to go through what we are going through.

Hello all, I am here to write what is happening to us because of Ross Andrew at Off Road Kings. I am sure some people have heard stories about this person. Here is mine for you to share and post on as many Facebook groups as possible. Even if we stop one person for going to go and see him, it will be worth it.
Before coming back to Canada on April 2021.

We signed a Power of Attorney for Ross to see our car. Well in late July 2021 our car did sell. I did not find this information through Ross, I had my car insurance broker do a search on the car. That is how I found out our car was sold. Great news, right. NOT.

Confronting Ross on what I know, he was still beating around the bush. His says the reason for not giving us our money is due the 30 day warranty all car dealers must give for a used car. I do not have a problem with the 30 day warranty. Before we came back to Canada we took a picture of the km. After many attempts, Ross finally sent me a picture of the new km. Guess what. And to this day, he says my car did not leave the lot. 12,000km was added onto the car in 4 months. That is my problem. What should I be responsible for any work that is required on the car when he was responsible for the km put on the car. All that were and tear is his responsibility.

Oh, before we left, we brought the car into his shop to see what worked needed to be done. Brakes and suspension was done and paid for. That is all the work he told me.

All he is doing is delaying. That money was used to pay off some other unpleasant customer.
Something else people should know. After we put negative reviews on his Off Road Kings Facebook page, he has removed the review option. So nobody can write a negative/positive review for his business.
Do not let him work on your vehicle, side by side. He uses after market parts. I have it on voice message.
Do not give him any money before you have the keys for the vehicle in your hands.

Do not leave your vehicle or side by side with him He thinks he can lend it out, without you permission.
Sure hope this does get posted and other people read it. Thank you for your time.

Heather Schmid Poor Labeling and Wrongful Damaging Diagnosis Corona Del Mar ca

I want to put this out so that no one else has to go through this horrible experience with their child. I agree with the others, in my opinion, our child’s teacher, Ms. Schmid, at Harbor Day School should not be able to label or diagnose children without the proper cridentials. Our child had always thrived when it came to doing math and loved reading. Ms. Schmid was the teacher and our child would come home not feeling good, sad and feeling not worthy. When we went to our first teacher conference she told us that our child was “just not a fit for the Harbor Day School” and that our child had learning disabilities.

This was a shcok to hear because our child has always performed well in school. Ms. Schmid told us that our child needed to be tested by another specialist and that our child needed a tutor and special help if we wanted to stay at Harbor Day. This sent us into a disasterous course of events, starting with paying a large sum of money to have our child tested with a “qualified professional.” We had numerous sleepless nights and our child was miserable because Ms Schmid made our child feel inadequate compared to the other children.

Testing day came and the doctor asked us why we were there and I informed him that the teacher told us that our child had learning problems. He performed many tests and came out to us and told us that he saw “absolutely no learning problems” he said that our child was very bright and above avererage in nearly all of the testing, with math being extremely high. I asked him if he was sure this was correct and he said that he was correct and provided me later with a written report.

Our child proceeded to have a horrible year with feelings of being inadequte but managed to make it through. From that point forward, we had issues with our child worrying about doing poorly in school because of Ms. Schmid.

Our child performed excellent in school from then on and graduated the school at the top of the class. I learned from other parents that Ms. Schmid had done this to other children. I alerted the school about everything but they did not do much. I asked what her credentials were to do the labeling and diagnosis that she did, they are not what is needed to diagnos a child with those serious accusations.

Our child went on to perform at the top of the class in high school, valadictorian and accepted to what some say is the number one University in the world. Does this sound like a kid with serious learning problems? There were no specialists hired to help our child get over a learning disability because there were no learning issues to being with.

Our only issue was MS. Schmid and her, in our opinion, “unqualified” label/diagnosis or what ever you want to call what she does. In our opinion, she should not be in the position of “learning specialist” and defiitely should not be diagnosing and labeling children and causing emotional distress!
