Rohit R Gandhe of Palo Alto near San Francisco, California is nothing but a scamming trick who uses naive women on the website seeking arrangements for fraud and scamming.

Rohit Gandhe claims to run a tech firm and has many ‘investors’ waiting to fund his company but those are also lies. Yeah right! He is a broke con artist. Rohit Gandhe lives in a sad little rental house in Palo Alto, and is NOT the wealthy tech company businessman he claims to be. Rohit Gandhe lives in a tiny little crappy rental with a wife and kids. I feel sorry for Rohit Gande’s wife. 

Some of the Numbers Rohit Gandhe uses are 650-239-3497 and 408-500-8242 but he uses other burner and VoIP numbers too. Rohit Gandhe uses the profile names of “The Romancer” and “Quake” on the website seeking arrangements but Rohit Gande changes the name of his profile frequently due to his cruel scams.

On line on July 13,2021,  Michael Savage website.  In sidebar was an add for CBD oil from LIFE CBD essential oil.  The price on the screen was $6.97 for a 30 day supply for capsules containing 300 mg of CBD.  On entering the checkout, I noticed the oil for $6.95 and ordered both.  The checkout was very confusing and your abitily to buy more product was encouraged.  on August 28th, got a demand letter from National Medical Administratiors Inc. for $119.97 with a stipulation that I must respond within 30 days of receipt of the demand or the debt is valid.  

The originiators of the bill are ChargeSygnal.com and Tryburnnbust.com.  Neither of which offered any assistance when asked (8-29-21 @ 4:49) by phone and directed me to another exchange 877-437-8034 which was unavailable at the time.  

Like some reports on here, this is the most dishonest company! They offered me an equity loan of $5,500 and 1 year later they I had to pay it off for $5,463 because they refused to subordinate this lien to the new refinancing company!  Then have thousands of complaints online!  We are 2 severely disabled seniors, but they have discriminated us! This company refinanced my home over a year ago.  They could not even refinance without my help. 

I had to contact the previous company in order for Sun West to refinance.  They have defrauded me with a $5,500 lien and almost a year later my balance is still $5,463.80.  More than I owe.  I tried to refinance but they used this lien to deny me refinancing.  My new company had closed my case.  I had to borrow to payoff this lien so the new company could refinance me because Sun West with all their tricks; deceitfulness; lies; financial abuse and ripping off with the balance and refusing to subordinate this lien, I had to borrow to pay it off just to get rid of a very dishonest company that uses many illegal tricks and act in Bad Faith to keep me! 

Can you imagine, they act in this manner, so I don’t leave them!  They steal every which way from me, and they use the excuses of contracts.  And when I needed a copy of the lien, they were thoroughly uncooperative.  Since, they would send me a copy of this lien in images.  Thus, the computer or printer does not recognize images as text. Like I said they have been trying every trick and dishonesty in the book, to keep me!  Imagine that! 

In other words, they have no customer service skills, no business sense and do not know what they are doing!  I even reported them twice to the CPFB, and it didn’t face them; however, the CPFB will sue companies like this when they get the customer complaints, especially from severely disabled elderly, a caregiver and senior son!  They need to be outlawed as a mortgage company!  The made an excuse that my payments were only for the interest! 

Who in their right mind would only want to pay their interest and not the principal!  This is how insane criminal they are!

Manorama Sharma Gupta alias Manu Gupta, Manu Sharma Gupta, and other alias’ is a disgraced medical provicder who had her license suspended by the California Medical Board and has a littany of patient complaints, here are a few from Yelp:

It turns out that she wrote that I am 5’10” and 150 lbs. when I am actually 5’5″ and 117 lbs. The anestesia was calculated with her notes, and it stopped my heart. I went into full cardiac arrest. Dr Sharma denied that anything bad had happened to my friend who was in the waiting room (he was in the waiting room).
Luckily, the anestesiologist felt guilty and called me at home that evening and told us what really happened.

What if the anestesiologist had not have called? I could have had further complications without knowing that my heart had stopped that day. DANGEROUS!

Manorama Gupta is a scam and is not a professional business person.  Manorama, alias Manorma or Manu Gupta is exremely disrespectul and unprofessional with vendors and business contents in the business world.  Manorama hired my company to provide services for her business and refused to follow all processes and communication standards as outlined in our executed contract.  When my staff called Manorama to colloaborate or receive approvals Manu was combative, disrespectful, she told the staff lies, she berated the staff and she would say disparaging things to the staff like “I don’t know why your boss made me sign a contract with you, I did not want to” which was another lie. 

On top of being generally abusive, unkind and disprespectful in business to work with Manorama Gupta did not collaborate on her project which was required as outlined in our executed contract.  She did not submit any content, any ideas, any examples, she did not provide regular or consistent proactive feedback, she refused to utilize our ERP project management portal Basecamp and refused to proactively support or staff to ensure her project was completed resulting in a successful campaign for her new business idea.  We are extremely dissapointed in her as a business professional and a client and would recommend not ever working with her on any professional capacity.

This individual is also a disgraced doctor who has has her medical license suspended by the State of California with several medical complaints from patients.

Purchased a chair on 7/16/21. Called numerous times to see when it would be delivered. Customer service always said 2 weeks. Online tracking does not show the item ever shipped. 8/30/21 called to cancel the item and told I would be charged 15% restocking fee and 1.75 per pound to reship (Appx $300.00).  I am being charged to cancel an order that I never received that doesn’t even show shipped on thier website. This is fraud!

After ordering 2 small items totaling $83 I waited 2 months / 8 weeks.  During this time I sent 2 emails and left one voicemail.  After not receiving any update on my order I sent an email inquiring if this was a scam, the following email was sent in response (copied & pasted directly).

As for the order your waiting on…titanium is EXTREMLY hard to get and we clearly explain that on the phone answering system with daily updates.

So we are finishing up the titanium adapters Tues and Wed and shipping out on Thurs and Friday….HOWEVER, since you feel the need to overwhelm us with your ignorance we are very uncomfortable selling you anything related to firearms and think that you should not even be in possession of any for your own safety.

Therefore we are going to issue you a refund for your 83 dollars (fyi, we do 3.7M annually) and ask that you start spending it on furthering your grade school education passed 4th grade.

1. They are filling out applications for clients, so they are fraudulently getting the approved.
2. They are taking payment upfront for servces not yet rendered .  Only an attorney can do that.
3. They told me I was approved guaranteed.  I was not, they won’t return my money or calls, emails, texts.   Nothing.

They called me and told me I was approved for a PPP loan. I told the that’s impossible because that’s over now. There is another loan I’m trying to get but I don’t qualify for due to my address. The rep there then told me .. psst no problem.. he than asked me 5 questions and said… ohh no problem your account manager will take care of it… trust me. So I paid and waited almost 1month and finally I called the first gentelman I spoke to as I had his cell phone.

He said the account manager already emailed me and she got me approved. So i opened the new email and she’s telling me to just fill this out and don’t worry about it … that i’m approved. Also she say’s : “if you want i’ll just fill it out for you if you want tomorrow, I fill out most applications (highly illegal). I asked her if my address was going to be a factor as I expressed from the 1 initial call and she said NO.. your approved.

OK, so i filled it out and then DECLINED due to address,. I emailed , called, texted, everything and nobody will return my money, calls, texts, nothing.

I want my money back.

I am writing a complaint and filing a formal petition against Marcel A. and Springfield auto parts and repair located on 14345 Springfield Blvd. Jamaica, N.Y. 11413.  My complaint is regarding the poor level of service given to me and the negligence in service done to my vehicle.  My car was towed to this shop on 8/20/2021 at 4 PM and I was told my vehicle would be ready the following day by noon.

 I was quoted a price of $680 to complete the job.  My vehicle was not ready the following day as promised, and I was given every excuse in the book; I was also told to wait in the waiting room.  Hours pass and my car wasn’t complete, and I became annoyed because I was waiting a long time and I needed to prepare for the hurricane approaching in my area.  After expressing my annoyance in lack of communication and my time, I was offered a car to borrow until Monday.  

Apparently, Marcel A. stated that they were having difficulty removing a bolt in my car.  On Monday (8/23/2021,  I received a call from Marcel A. stating that my car will be ready by noon in which I told him I will be there by 3:00 PM.  I arrive at 3:00 PM as planned my vehicle was still not ready and was still being repaired.  More excuses were given to me and I was told to wait again in the waiting room.  To make a long story short I was given a bill hours later for $120 more than the original quoted price and that’s when I lost my cool and was irate of his excuses and finger pointing.  

Marcel reluctantly charged me the original price that was quoted to me before he started the job.  Upon driving off I realize there was further damage done to my vehicle and NOW I see why Marcel A. was making excuses, stalling, and dragging his feet.  Marcel A. and his incompetents made my car unsafe to drive.  I refused to return to Springfield Auto and Repair because he is morally corrupted and DO NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR ANY WRONG DOINGS!  

I am taking further action regarding this matter and warning anyone with a motor vehicle to only take your car to an authorized dealer shop.  Mechanics and auto shops like Marcel A. of Springfield Auto Parts and Repair should not be in business because they lack every level of ethics, professionalism, honesty, and commitment to ensure the satisfaction of their customers and provide quality work. Sign this petition today if you were done wrong by this mechanic, swindled out of your hard earned money or fell for the classic “Bait & Switch” game that most dishonest people like him play!  Springfield Auto parts and repair is not a reputable establishment and must be investigated further.

Shelly is a clinical psychologist at One Community Health. It’s a clinic which deals with poor patients but she evades seeing them. When I had a therapy session with her, she was thirty minutes late, asked a few questions, and refused to book a second appointment. She said clinical psychologists can’t diagnose patients with mental illnesses such as anxiety or depression, which is an outright lie. 

Under California law, psychologists can diagnose patients. Since she’s working at a clinic which receives funds through the Affordable Care Act but she refuses to see patients, she’s only there to collect a paycheck. Feeding at the public trough.
