I bought a used IPAD 4 from this company.   This arrived locked and it was impossible to open I continued to get a message that I needed the former owner’s passcode.

I contacted ItecDeals and they stated that the time for a refund or information about a passcode had passed and I could purchase another one!!!!

Beware, this company deletes all negative reviews on Google. So I am posting my review here. 

I was really hoping I could have resolved all of this without a negative review, but I have been insulted and I think people should be warned about the experience I have had. You may want to take it into consideration if you are looking for a quality job.

I hired CertaPro because they had good reviews online and the owner, Jason, really made me feel like they did quality work. And he sold me on making sure my house was taken care of while they were here. This was very important to me, because I was having $40,000 worth of hardwood floors put in right before they were coming to paint. Since everything was going to be out of my house for the floors, I really wanted the painters to come the day after they finished the floors so it was easier for them and I wouldn’t have to move things around twice. CertaPro was very accommodating to this and made it happen, which was awesome. I was told the painting would take about a week. CertaPro was to paint a master suite, an office and a second bedroom. Ceiling and all trim. I also had a dining room wall and stair risers that needed to be painted.

Two weeks later, the painting was finally done. I was never told why they only sent one painter, that it was going to take double the time, etc. But I wasn’t worried about it because all I cared about was it got done right. Well it didn’t. I will attach pictures that will speak for it, but the work done was not what anyone would consider quality work. Most edging is only one coat when I paid for two and the old colors show through. Almost every piece of trim has paint from the wall on it. Paint on my light fixtures. Paint on my expensive smart light switches. Some switches have so much paint caked on them, you can’t even switch them on and off anymore. Paint on the glass of my brand new doors. There is a room that was not even supposed to be painted that he started painting and got trim paint on the walls. I noticed and told him this room wasn’t supposed to be painted and instead of fixing it, he left the room with trim paint all over the wall, never fixed it. I can’t even describe everything because of the character limit on this post.

But the worst part, there is paint, scratches & dents everywhere on my brand new floors. Seeing my floors all messed up before I even got to walk on them, really made me regret choosing CertaPro. I had the flooring company come back out, and they were horrified at what they saw. Boards have to be sawn out and redone, every stair needs to be sanded down & refinished, etc.. There are scuffs and scratches on the floor in every room that was painted & the main level that was being walked through, with boots on and no floor protection. Paint on the floor everywhere. Anyways, I could go on & on about what is wrong.

I contacted CertaPro and had Jason come out. Jason was very upset at the quality done and was very apologetic and said they were going to make it right. At this point, I did not trust them to come back into my house because I was afraid of more damage being done. I said I was going to get a quote from another painter to fix this and a quote from my flooring company to fix the floors. This was not a problem.

Contractors are very busy right now and I want to move back into my house as it has now been a month. So I have no choice but have Jason make it right. When I made it clear I was not willing to pay the full price of the contract, he blamed me for waiting to get a quote from another painter, and then offered me a $200 discount. A 4% discount for not being able to live in my home because I have to wait for insurance adjusters to come out, then wait for the flooring company to have time to fix the damage done. All the while trying to orchestrate all of this. I hired them to do a job right the first time, and expecting full price is insulting after what was done.

So please consider this review when choosing your next painting project. CertaPro does not do quality work, does not value your time and then they expect full price despite destroying your home.

A  long term code violation at the club resulted in Santa Barbara City Code Enforcement closing the upstairs in 2015 until an appoved fire escape is installed. Code Enforcement stated that the rope ladder, utilized by the club as a fire escape, did not satisfy code requirements. After a token closure, the club resumed regular use of the upstairs in defiance of the order. To date, no effort has been made by the club to comply with the closure order. There are numerous other code vioations, including the lack of a proper fire exit downstairs for wheel chair users.

I chose this flooring from a sample the salesman showed me. I told him I wanted a light color. The installed flooring bears no resemblance to the sample. The sample showed a consistant light color, but the actual floor is multicolored with many pieces of dark floor. The contract states that it was to be a two-day job. It was begun on May 18, 2021 and still is not finished. The day the installer arrived, I told him I did not like the color, but he installed it anyway. The floor is not flat, some of the moldings were not replaced, some of the quarter round is missing and some of the quarter round is poorly installed.

Took $14,245 down payment and never returned. Nowhere to be found (Evicted from his office and house in march 2021)

April 19, 2021 Dylan Green, A.K.A Patrick Green,  owner of iROOF / Ishingle.com took $14,245.51 down payment from Signarama to start replacing the roof. He never returned.

He pushed back the installation date twice then stop communicating all together. Not answering the phone / not returning business phone calls, cell phone calls, text messages or emails.

When we tried his place of business, located at 120 E Washington Ave, Clifton Heights, PA.   his landlord indicated that Dylan (Patrick) Green was evicted in March 2021 after substantial back pay and trashing the place.

Dylan was a former customer so we though he would be trustworthy.

The Ishingle web site indicates “it is a family business”. IRoof doesn’t have any employees. The work is performed by third party companies or day labor from Chester (many drug addicts and felon).

One of her staff used something abrasive to clean my new food processor.  Scratched all the stainless steel terribly.  Called her and she said she would get a new one and send it to me.  This went on for several months.  

I called her insurance company, Lamberth Ins., and they stated they would follow up.  Never heard from them again either.

JD from this company convinced my 78 year old widowed mother that she should pay them $1275 to install a condensation pump. This is a $60 item and fifteen minutes of work to connect it to the AC pan, run a $5 plastic tube to the washer drain two feet behind the pump and plug it into the wall socket.
I’ve gotten a couple of quotes and they have ranged from $200 to $300.

My mother told me about it and I said she needed to ask for a refund.  They gave her a song and dance about insurance and having to pay workers and left it at that. I called and spoke to “JD”.  He hung up on me the first time I called and then was clearly angry with me for daring to question the price when I called back.

He said he would “look into it” and call me back but hasn’t at this time, nearly a week later. I’m reporting them to the Florida States Attorneys Senior Protection Team. If anyone else has had issues with them please email me at [email protected]

Rudy Perez also know as Lavoy Perez borrowed 6000.00 from me to start his rafting & s****.>

 Rudy paid a few payment then stoped paying.  Now Rudy is not paying at all & not responding to texts emails or calls.  Rudy has a history in Butte county & this is just another of his scams,  BEWARE 

Mario sits in home depot parking lot awaiting anyone that can use his services.   He did my yard and broke my pipe that prevents sprinkler leakage.   When i brought it to his attention he said I broke it.  I said,  great business practices even though he has no business.  Just another man seeking is and end jobs for money.   If I had noticed before I paid him I would would have shorted him for sure. 

I called the individual because I had a issue with bees in front of home . He arrived and said he could remove the bees that were informer of my home . He started spraying some soap and water which made them even more aggressive. Then he puts box down that was suppose to capture the bees .

He charged me $450 for literally doing nothing and told me he would be back to collect the box of bees . I called him a couple days later which the bees weren’t even in this box he placed in my yard to capture the bees and never returned even after I called and texted him . He isn’t licensed or certified as a bee keeper more of a scammer .Beware !!!
