This is a very poor company, from the top to the bottom. The customer service agents for AMERI gas are ALL overseas. You can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. I needed a form for Medicare and not ONE single foreigner I spoke to knew what form I needed. They were clueless. After 4 hours of CONSTANTLY calling AMERI gas Benefits Dept, I finally got a manager named TOYA MELTON, an American. She was BY FAR the rudest person God ever put on earth. Evil, actually.

The next day my husband, the 40 year employee, gets an email from a Lynne Haney, Benefits Manager, admonishing my husband to not ‘allow’ his spouse to call the Benefits Center EVER AGAIN! Never ONCE did she offer to speak to us regarding OUR experience with the so-called manager. I know this is all a non-issue for all of you reading this but I DO think it indicates the type of company AMERI gas is. You will NOT get an American to speak to.

As an American, I have a RIGHT to ask to be transferred to the states and the majority of the foreigners laugh at you when you ask to be transferred. According to the the Federal Fair Trade Commision, I absolutely have the right to request an agent from America. But AMERI gas does not adhere to these standards; something of which I am checking into as we speak. There’s nothing more boring I know, than listening to someone’s failed customer service experiences.

My goal here is strictly to advise people of the management of this company from the HR Dept to the Benefits Dept and everywhere in between. To admonish my husband NOT to have me phone there ever again, is discriminatory against me and they provided no resolution whatsoever OR any investigation into THEIR employees. I taped a good majority of TOYA and several others and only wish I could share it with you.

ANY company that would allow their employees to treat customers (in my case the spouse of a LONG-time employee) in such a manner is no company I would want to be a customer of OR an employee of.

KEEN.COM I WAS A TOP ADVISOR ON KEEN.COM FOR TWO YEARS . . . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE. I WAS KICKED OFF FOR BECOMING NUMBER ONE IN VOICES FROM BEYOND.

He rallied his “psychic group” to call me and purposely give me negative feedback. When I responded to one Keen psychic named Heather aka “The Mathematician” after she gave me a one star review and wrote I hung up on her.

I messaged her that I did not hang up on her and it must have been a Keen glitch. Erin@playfair pulled me off the site claiming, I was not allowed to message someone for leaving a negative feedback.

Why would they kick off one of their top psychics with excellent 5 star reviews across the board? Because I only charged $1 a minute, that’s why and my feedback was filled with “Bea is the only one who got it right.” It’s called greed and sadly it is what motivates decisions on psychic sites like Keen. Please don’t waste your money on Keen.  You can find me on my Facebook page called Goddess Central or someone else that will care about you and not drain you of every penny they can.

I helped one man recently and he spent $8000 on Keen. I couldn’t believe it. It’s so sad and every psychic just told him a bunch of BS. I called it, saw exactly what was going on and I changed his life and he will never spend another dime on Keen.com. I made him promise. Not another dime.  

And for you heart broken lovers out there . . . no one and I mean no one is worth wasting so much money to snoop on with a psychic. 80% of the calls that I got on Keen were about “Is he/she coming back?” You can answer that question better than anyone.

A real psychic like myself will answer that question and so much more. P.O.S internet atv sales company that does not respond quick charges $279 for shipping and send a beat to sh*t item with the wrong items. Well I can say they met their match and I’m not having it. I ordered a brand new 125cc atv for my son. It arrived and the frame supporting the atv was bent to hell and back, the box was busted all over and the pallet had been broken some the shoved another one mangled in with the original one. Upon opening the atv had scratches all over the plastic and the paint was rubbed off of the frame as well as the front nameplate support being bent.

A deeper look into it and the alloy rims that were supposed to come with the atv I ordered,mind you I paid extra for that package, had plain black steel rims. I emailed got in touch with someone and then once I sent the pictures the correspondence stopped altogether. I had to look online to find the (855) number I put on this site to call customer service because they do not a phone number listed on their website.

After multiple calls and message someone finally called me back today only to say that they are customer service and not in the parts department. I asked her to tell the parts dept about my issues but I guess we will see how that goes. While the customer service chick and I were on the phone she starts asking me if I read the policy about scratches. I ask here if she bought a $1400 crockpot and it came in beat to sh*t with some on the main options she ordered not in the box and it just the basic options wouldn’t she send it back and want a new one.

Of course she gave some bullsh*t answer after I explained all of the things wrong with the atv. I have yet to hear from the parts dept about the four wheeler and I’ll drive to Mfing if I have to straight up over the curb and right up to the front door if that what it take to get their attention as well as file reports with the BBB and FTC if that’s what it takes for them to rectify this situation.

I don’t want to hear oh did u read the policy about getting the wrong atv and one beat to s**t too boot. That’s not for them to decide who gets to beats up and scratches that bike. Don’t do business with MMM.

Newmarket Hyundai Elias Mavromatis Lied about a recall issue Newmarket ONTARIO

Took my car to my mechanic for engine light. Our mechanic told us that there was a recall on the charcoal canister. He stated that they may not have replaced it and only inspected it. He suggested we go to Hyundai and have them do the recall replacement.

I called Newmarket Hyundai and was told it was on recall and that they had inspected it and though it would be okay. So they did a diagnostic even though we had the results from one already that was a week old. They wanted to do another smoke test and told us they would charge us for it and it did not sound promising, kinda like “we are not going to honour anything”. 

So I left with my car and followed up with my mechanic. He suggested to reach out to Hyundai Canada, so we did. They also stated the part is on recall and stated the dealership should help us. So we called to schedule in another appointment. The lady who scheduled the appointment again confirmed it was on recall.

I dropped off my vehicle again. I was told shouldn’t be long maybe an hour and a half. Dropped off at 8:45 am then was called at 2:30 in the afternoon. I guess they must not tell time too well. I was called and left a message with zero mention of the recall. Only the test results which were the same I already had done except now I need to pay these clowns. $140.00 

When I asked about the recall my question was ignored. So, I asked again and this time Elias looks at me and says there is no recall and this part…..okay but yet Hyundai Canada, my mechanic, the staff at Newmarket Hyundai have acknowledged there is a recall.

Elias is who I have dealt with this entire time. I can only imagine the reason why the smoke test took hours to complete is due in part to him trying to find a way out of honouring Hyundai’s recall.

He looked me dead in the eye and lied to me. He and apparently Newmarket Hyundai deal in dishonest business practices of gaslighting thier consumers saying one thing and then claiming something else.

This business is dishonest and thier business practices do not match that of Hyundai Canada. I would recommend going to any other Hyundai Dealer other than Newmarket Hyundai.

Had everything planed and somehow my stuff got lost. Now I’m out thousands of dollars and they won’t even pick up the phone. 

Kervin Chery Winning Strategy; Market Street Genius Kervin Chery lies about internet marketing results and fraudulently charged me for something that I didn’t order…Waldorf, MD

Mr. Chery provides coaching services through his internet marketing business, Market Street Genius. During our initial meeting on Wednes., August 11, 2021, he gave his presentation. Initially, I was very impressed and signed up with him. Before doing so, I researched his name and didn’t come across any negative information. However, after I purchased his package, I searched his name again and came across scam reports on this website and on scamion.com.

I was sick to my stomach because I was so impressed with him and thought it was great that he was helping people get set up with doing their own online business. However, he started lying out of the gate. I asked for a document of our agreement, along with details of the package that I purchased. He said that he would send them. They were never received. Our second meeting was on Friday, August 13, 2021, and he was setting up accounts for me to do the internet marketing.

He would never be forthcoming about all of the charges that would be involved when asked and assured me that I would have high profits in sales to cover all of the marketing costs. Most of these were free trials, but he assured me that I would have the profits to cover the costs. During our meeting, he said that he was having internet issues and would call me back in 30-40 min, but he never did. He could have texted me to let me know that he would not be able to continue our meeting. He left me hanging.

I never heard a word. However, he did reach out to me on the morning of Saturday, April 14th to reschedule our meeting for the next day, Sunday, August 15th. He and I met on what would be our last meeting. He set up the remaining accounts for me, and I did the purchasing. He asks that you allow him access to your computer while he navigates the different websites in which to create the accounts. However, for billing, you will have to input your banking information.

He said that he was incognito and couldn’t see my account information. However, one account cost $999, and it was an immediate charge. He didn’t tell me that initially, but he assured me that this would be my money maker and would get me the traffic, so that I could generate lots of sales. The website is called Click Cease, and he said that it would eliminate fraudulent clicks. However, when the charge came through, it was for Winning Strategy.

I don’t recall purchasing anything from Winning Strategy. This is what he calls his program, and I noticed the charge the other day. Mr. Chery is a very big liar. He literally lied every single time we met. The first day he lied about sending me a contract to sign. He lied about calling me back to finish our second meeting, and he lied when he assured me of the results to expect. Moreover, somehow, he had me make an additional purchase from him. I don’t know how he did that because I was paying attention to everything we did.

We were scheduled to have a meeting on yesterday, August 19, 2021, but I cancelled it and emailed him that I wouldn’t be continuing on with him. I just couldn’t stomach anymore of his lies, deceptions, and unprofessionalism. I purchased his lifetime package for $1397. In addition, I was charged $999 for his winning strategy. I am desperate to find something to do from home, as I’m a full-time student and want to be able to stay home to take care of my mom.  I am tired of people like him.

There are a lot of people out here who are seeking alternative situations due to Covid or for some other personal reason, and he is using MCA membership as a skirt in which to promote his own fraudulent internet marketing business. He assured me that I would have $5000 by the end of the following week due to his marketing strategies. I didn’t get a single order – not a dime.  He promised me that I would have numerous sales. I can only pray that I can get my money back.

I reported him to my bank, and I did reach out to him via email and text. He lied and said that he didn’t get the email, so I sent him a screenshot. I’m not letting this go. He needs to be stopped, and I plan on taking further action. He is a liar and a deceiver of innocent people who just want to care for their families. I thought he was authentic because of the numerous testimonials, but how do I know that he didn’t pay them to say those things? Please be careful of him. He is a pathological liar and a deceiver that must be shut down immediately!

The Realty Team in Watertown, South Dakota – Agent Dorette Clark This Agency Allowed the Sellers to Leave the House and Grounds We Were Buying in Horrible Condition and Did Not Care Watertown South Dakota

My husband and I made the mistake of buying a 16 Acre Horse Property in Watertown, South Dakota.  This agent, Dorette Clark, represented the sellers. Our own agent tried to get things right for us, but the sellers and their agent failed to abide by the terms of the contract to properly fix things both inside the house and outside.

The house itself was left dirty and with repairs undone. The grounds were the worst.  The contract stated that the dead trees and tree debris was supposed to be cut down and REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. The sneaky sellers just piled up all the dead trees, limbs, weeds and other debris in the back end of the property in various junk piles. Our agent was assured that all work would be done before we closed, but was fooled himself.

We were 2,000 miles away and could not attend the closing, but kept up with everything. I meant to write this review 1 year ago, but I was physically and emotionlly ill over the condition of the home and the fact that the seller’s agent did not make her sellers abide by the terms of the contract.

We paid $ 369,900 for this property and had to clean things up ourselves. Our agent arranged a on site interview with the seller’s agent to show her what her sellers failed to do. She arrived first in her car and was on the phone.  After waiting 10 minutes, my husband just went up to her window and knocked on her door and asked to TALK TO HER.

Instead of talking to him, she just DROVE HER CAR TO ANOTHER PART OF THE DRIVEWAY AND REFUSED TO SPEAK TO HIM. When my agent arrived, Dorette Clark told him, that SHE WAS IN FEAR FOR HERSELF! This is a TOTAL BALD FACE LIE. She treated me and my husband with gross dis-respect.  Something a licenced professional SHOULD NEVER DO.

In short, we got stuck with all the damage and the filthy wood piles. She should have made the sellers pay to clean this all up.  She should have paid us back some of her lofty commission for the cleanup. Instead, this Dorette Clark treated us like DIRT. Our agent tried to get us some money, but – now that the sale was closed, the mean sellers just wrote back to him saying  ‘ SUE US.”

In short, she  and her sellers, got away with everything.  We got stuck with the repairs and the clean up.  We managed to sell the home for the same price we paid, but lost in commission repair expense and related expenses. Our agent and kind neighbors tried to help us with the clean up, but The Realty Team and Ms. Clark  and her sellers did not care. I am grateful that this Rip Off Report Site Exists.  Complaints to Real Estate Groups and Real Estate Commissions go NO WHERE FOR THE PUBLIC.

These agencies, both private and government EXIST ONLY TO SERVE THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY AND THE CONSUMER IS LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. This all happened between June, 2020 and October, 2020.  As I said, this report is late in coming.  However, I was quite ill at the time and was barely functioning enough to have the capacity to write it as it truly happened.

Based upon our exerience, I would NOT recommend The Realty Team in Watertown, South Dakota, and their agent, Dorette Clark.

We are now with less money and more pain.

1-800-Accountant Refusal to Refund / Kept $2K for No Services ny ny

1800Accountant offered services to me for a menu of acctg services. I paid an initial pmt of $1950 and was to pay a second payment of $1700 in thirty days. I uploaded a few documents but never got around to getting everything set up — had some personal things going on and financially it just wasn’t working for me. I tried to cancel before the initial thirty days as I didn’t want that payment to go through, and I was urged to stay and push the second payment out to September.

I thought that was very nice — at first. I now know once they had me in past thirty days, they can keep your money, regardless of any servies provided or not — per their policies. Needless to say, come August the personal issues were still heightened with covid and family deaths, business and personal issues combined… I decided to cancel this for now and possibly revisit when I had the time and finances to really dedicate to it. I still hadn’t uploaded everything and received zero work product at this point.

I asked for a refund and was told that it was a “no refund policy for any reason outside of thirty days.” Doesn’t matter that they delivered no service. They would not refund. I’m now concerned they may also take the other $1700 out of my account. I’ve filed complaints and was told by Mark Johnson there that it would be escalated and I should “expect a call within 24-48 hours.” I was also told this initially when I tried to get a refund and never received a call — 2 weeks posted before I finally called again myself to hear it phone to phone. They were just avoiding me as they had no intention of refunding my money. Again, I received no services at all. Not a document was touched, ever.
