I had the misfortune of dealing with Leon Lukiyanets managing partner at Synergetika and he was the worst human I ever encountered in my life. Leon Lukiyantes from Vaughan just knows nothing about cyber security. Fake Billing Invoices – Synergetika

Leon Lukiyanets engaged in billing our company for services never rendered. Our company lost thousands of dollars because of him. He started overbilling us the moment we hired his services. Real shady person running a phony security company.

We’re now in the process of suing Leon Lukiyanets and his phony company Synergetika. Other people have been scammed as well by Leon Lukiyanets that’s why he keeps changing his company name. BEWARE OF LEON LUKIYANETS !!!! Never make business with him, he’s a liar, a scammer, a thief

Brandon Kolar text my business phone out of the blue one day asking for work to be done on his personal house. As a small business owner in Auburn WA I’m able to recognize other business owners and names good and bad reputation. Brandon’s family owns Utility trailer Sales of WA Where they service refrigerated semi trailer as well as service trailers . Brandon oversees much of the hiring and has quite the negative reputation as an employer in auburn.

So when I saw it was him I was hesitant to move forward with servicing. Regardless I decided to give Brandon Kolar of utility trailer sales in Auburn WA the benefit of the doubt. He text me the description of the job with 2 photos. Job was to remove and replace a fascia board on a gable of his home.

I wrote a bid that was extremely easy to read that covered up to 18′ linear feet of fascia. Brandon accepted the bid amount of $750 dollars plus tax. 

I showed up to do the work, had all the materials and was about 75% complete with the job when I noticed on the opposite side of the gable the fascia also needed replaced. My estimate clearly didn’t cover that. I looked at his initial text messages and there’s a grey area in regards to interpretation whether or not he said both sides. Regardless I phoned Brandon Kolar and spoke to him in regards to the new development.

He was very matter of fact that he was right I was wrong and there was no negotiation, no working anything out . I referred him politely to review the estimate as it covered 18 linear feet on one side not 36′ feet on both sides. 

I said I’ll go ahead and take care of it if he would just cover the cost of the materials. He said well just finish the one side and we would talk over the weekend. This unfolded Friday later afternoon. I wouldn’t have been able to go locate all the additional materials needed to replace the other side of the gable that Friday. I explained I would have it done by the end on Monday . He presses further, I said it will be done the end of Monday that’s the best I could do. After that contentious phone call I completed the original job outlined in the original accepted proposal . When I left Friday everything outlined was photographed and completed.

Fast forward to Monday early afternoon, I am in route in the work van with the additional materials strapped to the ladder rack when I start receiving texts from Brandon Kolar the homeowner asking where I was?, if I was going to finish the job?

I replied yes as stated Friday the job would be completed as agreed and I was in route. Crickets , no response. I then asked given the fact he was not present how to proceed with payment collection as I needed to collect payment at completion. Brandon chose not to respond to any of my texts once payment was mentioned. Once I arrived at his house I collected my ladder and saw horses they were left from Friday, cleaned up the nails on the roof and left the job site . It Brandon less than 10 min to start texting with all the texts the second I drove off. 

At this point as the owner of the company sometimes we need to know when to cut our losses and realize we can’t please everyone. I never invoices Brandon Kolar and just accepted the loss in materials and labor after seeing how angry and unpredictable and unprofessional with zero willingness to bend , budge or accept any sort of accountability for misunderstanding the estimate.

It was Brandon’s way or no way and if anyone stands up to him in private or employee he can’t handle it. He than took to the internet to attempt to lie and concocted his own story to bad mouth my company and post to review sites.

Despite that , I could still invoice Mr Kolar, proceed with collection actions as well as a mechanics lien on his home and even small claims court. I refuse to do that as I was willing to walk away before Brandon went after my company with false allegations.

Id stay clear of this man as well as this business as long as he is affiliated with it.

On June 30th, 2020, I was a patient enrolled in Ascension Seaton Shoal Creek’s Partial Hospitalization Program (wherein I underwent several hours of mental health treatment per day but was allowed to return home at night). The previous night I had attempted to commit suicide by overdosing on Ambien. I thankfully was not successful, and managed to drag myself to the hospital in order to try and seek help.

I arrived at approximately 10:00 AM, about an hour after PHP began, and I made contact with Christina Fondren. She handed me a daily check in card which among other questions asked for suicidal intent, which I marked near the top of the scale. I handed it back to her, and explained what happened the previous night. I was very clear that I had attempted to take my own life, that I was still heavily under the influence of the sleeping medication I tried to overdose on (though she failed to document this specifically she did note “pt appeared dissociated, flat speech, and disheveled” in the Social Services Progress Notes page she filed).

I also very clearly communicated that I felt like I may try again, and that I did not feel safe leaving. Despite this she informed me that I would be discharged due to showing up late, and it was falsely documented that I “contracted safety of self and for others over next 24 hours”. A few hours after I was told to leave the hospital I attempted to commit suicide once again. Thankfully, I was not successful in that attempt either.

I recently requested my medical records from Shoal Creek. Aside from the discrepancies listed above, my check in card was missing, even though every other day’s was present (it was instead replaced with a blank one, marked “absent” and dated 06/30/2020). There was also no suicide assessment risk performed that day, even though a social worker performed one every other day I was present. The hospital later claimed “an alternative risk assessment was performed” but failed to elaborate on what that entails or why documentation of it was not given to me. Finally, my paperworks indicates I voluntarily left the PHP program, when my separation was very much involuntary.

I believe this social worker acted recklessly in failing to take me seriously when I clearly communicated my recent suicide attempt, and my imminent desire to try again. At a bare minimum I feel I should have been referred for the dangerous amount of ambien that was probably still present in my system at this time. She also failed to or did not properly document important details of my care. Though I thankfully did not suffer any long term physical effects from either of my suicide attempts, this lack of a response stuck with me, and made it far more difficult for me to ask for or accept professional help, thus creating a major setback in solving the issues I enrolled in PHP for in the first place.

This place is the biggest sham there is to mankind. They lie and manipulate. How is it that a treatment center still allows drugs to be used on the property by REAL addicts?

All they care about is the money, isn’t that right Alyssa Peralta. I have 4 bulging discs in my lower lumbar and have attached a photo as well as text messages from Alyssa Peralta PROVING that they don’t give a rat’s a*s about anybody besides the money. It’s unfortunate because the staff is incredible. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the staff members. If I were to rate them alone I’d give them a 10 out of 5. It’s too bad that the admin and management are all CORRUPT.

This is a voluntary rehab center, however, I was forced to go in due to me abusing anabolic steroids which I had been off for 2 months prior to checking in. My wife forced me. She gave me an ultimatum of 30 days of rehab or she files for divorce. This disgusting place manipulated the situation. They knew they had me boxed in. So they took full advantage of the situation.

Why is it that people that were there had been there 2 or 3 times prior to their stay this go around? BECAUSE IT’S ALL A SHAM. Let’s not forget to mention that when I checked in I didn’t realize they had STOLEN items out of my bag because I never really unpacked due to my back. They took my cologne and all my Ativan. Why did they take my Ativan ? ? ALYSSA PERALTA knew I was in pain. I asked her kindly to assist me when speaking to my wife and letting her know what was going on. Instead, ALYSSA PERALTA called my wife and said I was leaving.

Not that he shouldn’t of ever been here with his back issue. She clearly manipulated the situation and of course, my wife was on her way home to pack up her items. Until I told her I would stay even though I couldn’t walk or sleep. The management again is dog sh*t. So please DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY because they don’t care about treating people. They only care about the money. Needless to say, my attorneys are going to file a complaint on these crooks with the California Dept of Social Services and the Dept of Health care services.

After that’s filed I’m going to sue these scam artists. My only mission is to shut this place down so they can not take advantage and manipulate people ever again. FYI, the Mansion they rave about is a POS tear down. It borderlines Malibu and Westlake by .25 of a mile. So don’t be fooled by that either

The website offered something that I thought was being sold by Amazon Canada.

They said their warehouses were clearing out goods that had been returned or not accepted, for a good price. We decided tp order a package, as did our next-door neighbour. We were both able to track the package until it was reported as ‘delivered’. But it wasn’t delivered. I contacted Canada Post who also saw the tracking info that it had been delivered. But there was never a package delivered at either of our addresses.

I checked with Amazon.ca and my order is not listed there. Now I have come to the conclusion that someone is using Amazon and Canada Post to scam people. They got my money and I got nothing.

Paid for services from July 24th through August 16th. Services were not provided from July 24th through August 16th. Company says they are a subscription service and do not prorate bills but they did not provide services that were paid for. That is fraud and theft.

On Aug 13th, 2021 I bought sunglasses (OLIVER PEOPLES FINLEY ESQ. SUN OV5298SU)online from a url that I can not find.

In the “Contact us” page it said they are located in Florida so that made me belive it is ok. I paid $89.85 and what I got is an email from PayPal not with the website information but with this :”Merchant International Artificial Intelligence Education Center Limited [email protected]”. Which was odd…I also Contcated the merchamnt on Sat Aug 14th, 2021 with an update for the shipping address and I never heard or got any email from them.

A week after I opened a dispute with PayPal claiming that the item was never shipped or recieved. I never revcived any communication back from the merchant. As soon asi open the dispute the merchant supplied PayPal and me a tracking number with the weight of the shippment 0.14 LBS. which is a joke as just the box, the sunglasses usually weight between 39 and 44 grams. PayPal closed the case in the merechant favour.

Ive opened it again, they closed it. I opened it again, the closed it and finally today i got my money back.

New Jersey EZ PASS charges people who are NOT EZ PASS customers a 50 dollar Aministrative FEE for EACH toll-EACH TOLL!!!

Originally writing this, I thought these were late fees-and I was thinking, how can I get charged a late fee if I wasn’t even notified of charges in the first place??

I call in EZ PASS and get the worlds most idiotic condecending phone rep who’s evidently humored by my aggravation tells me that she can only waive ONE administrative fees per year-since I’m not a customer!!! WTH is this now???? I ask her to break it down for me because originally I’m thinking admin fees are late fees-but the idiot on the other end, a live person is more like a robot & keeps repeating word for word what she already said, “Sir, like I alredy told you…”  -Yes I know lady! I heard you, but can you explain it to me???? No-evidently, she could not and I hung up…  

I just now realized these aren’t late fees-they are ADMININSTRATIVE FEES LMFAO!!!! They expect you to pay 50 dollars on top of the original 1.95 toll! Then another 50 on top the original 6.95 dollar toll (turnpike). Then another $50 on top of the original $1.25 toll and so on!!!! ARE THEY NUTS!! How is our government allowing this? And I refuse to become a EZ PASS member!! This is disgusting!!

I don’t know if other places are like this but, EZ PASS NJ is, and I hope no one’s paying these fees; if this isn’t a RIP OFF then, I don’t know what a rip off is!!!
