Conxpros ripped me off Conxpros.com Tim Watson Ari greenbaum Rachel free Cornellius aduh I found this company which claimed they had good contractor leads, they said they would let me try out there service and they held my credit card, they started sending me leads which none of which the parties were interested. I immediately asked them to stop and requested a refund, they refused and continued to send me more bad leads, abd I responded letting them know that no only am I still requesting a refund I don’t authorize any usage of my credit card,

they attempted 8 times to coerce me by stating only way that they could refund me even though I already informed them via email text abd verbal each lead that was bad which was all of them and they continued to play games and attempt to coerce me into login who would make me accept there terms abs conditions which would make it so that they could be authorized in scamming me, I did not fall for this trick abd refused everytime to log in and let them know I want my refund even though I disputed the transaction they were refusing.

I purchased shares in CR in 2015 and eventually paid in full. I sold my rv due to health issues and called to ask about the sale of my shares which were discussed during the initial sales pitch. They then said they didn’t do that. So they lied during the sales pitch. They then said they could send me info on a company in Florida that would help. I paid $350 to this company they referred me to.

They took my money and never did a thing. They never sent me copies of any ad they took out, nothing. I continually called them and never got calls back. So now I’m out that money as well. I called CR to then just relinquish my shares, which I was told I could do when they sent me to this other scam sales office in Florida.

They said OK! but kept sending bills. I called back to remind them that I relinquished my shares. They said OK! Never did they send me paperwork or anything to sign. They just kept sending dues bills. I paid up until December 2019 and then just stopped because these idiots are just that…. idiots and scammers.

I have now been sent to collections as of August 2021. I called today (8/25/21) since I received the collections paperwork on 8/24/21.  They said it is out of their hands at this point and told me to call the collections agency. I hung up and called Mark, at Aspen Collections, who apologized for the dilemma and told me that CR could take me out of collections. So I called CR back and she hung up on me. She won’t take my calls now. 

Ordered a discount pool. Never received it. I contacted them, never got a reply. Could not get my money back through paypal. After I placed my order website name changed from discount goods us to usgoodsale. Website offered other things for sale also. New version of the site still offers the same pool I ordered.

As I stated above I ordered using my husbands Visa Credit Card (David Willoughby ) the product Keto Tablets, FIVE times and I recieved FIVE different Keto diet Pills. What is wrong with your company? Why didnt I recieve the Keto Tablets that I ordered? I did take the Keto Pills I recieved, so that I could lose weight before the September wedding I was to attend, Unfortually I only lost 7 1/2 pounds in three months. Not what I was expecting.

I went to work for Connie Meadows Aug 2sd through August 6th at 11$ an hour. I worked 35 hrs in all excluding my 30 minute lunch break. I have text communication to prove it. Connie said she would pay me on Friday the 20th of August. I waited patiently. 

Connie texted me and said I tried to text you yesterday Aug 5th to get your address. I texted her my address many times with no response. I finally texted her two weeks later on another phone number. I said Connie I need my check, I will file a small claims if not received by Friday August 27th.

Connie Meadows started harassing and threatening me. Texted me 7 or 8 times back to back threatening me, said you just take me to court, now I know where you live. Connie calling me crazy, said I could just kiss her a$$. I never said anything to her and never texted her back.

She owes me 385$ for a week of pay. I have proff. 

I got a kitten from a bad breeder named Ashley Boone in Illinois. Now she is calling herself ashley Boone – but found out her other name is Ashley Nicole Miller. She apparently changed her name because of her past arrests regarding animal abuse. More on that later.  I had to meet her in the Walmart parking lot because she said her house was getting remodeled. She said I should leave the kitten in the crate becasuse it was scared and had smells from home in the crate. I soon found out why she did not want me to handle the kitten. The cat smelled like poop and had poop clumped on its rear and in its tail.. 

My kitten has been a nightmare. My kitten was sickly and dehydrated. Also not at all socialized. My kitten is still throwing up a lot and it has soupy diarrhea. I tried to ask Ashley for a refund within hours but she said all sales are final. She told me the wildness would go away after a few weeks, and she blamed the runny poop on the stress of moving to a new home. Soon after my call Ashley stopped returning my messages or taking my calls. 

My veterinarian said he had no idea what the problem is with my kitten’s poop. He could not find a reason for the diarrhea. He said I should do an expensive DNA test on the poop because he suspects TTF which is a nearly incurable parasite. 

The kitty is scary. it hisses and scratches, and if I try to hold it, it does everything it can to get away from me. It even bit me.  So it is like living with a wild animal that is perpetually sick.

Only later did I discover that this person was convicted of animal abuse in Texas as Ashley Nicole Miller. She is prohibited from owning animals in the state. Then she moved to San Diego. She apparetly did horrific things to animals. I found this blog with police reports about the horrors animals endured in her care.

There are police reports. If she has to change her name and move three times should she really have cats? And should she have pitbulls as well? Apprently her pitbulls killed a few of her cats recently. I think the police in Illinois should get involved.

Millionaire families and various business from around Arizona mistreat Immigrant workers..Violating their Civil & Human Rights

Famous TV talk show Host and clothing manufacture Kathy Lee Gifford employs workers in foreign countries, more than 6,000 miles away form her home in New York. This was an understandable situation. When these underpaid and sweatshop like conditions were bought to her attention, she corrected it. Her workers had a place to live and were not forced to live out in the cold and rain in the middle of fields.. Unlike the workers I have described below.

For over 25 years many Arizona families and local businesses have illegally brought undocumented immigrants from Mexico to Arizona, working them from sunrise to sundown (working their “huevos” off). The immigrants are not able to pay for the bare necessities and end up living in inhumane conditions.

These millionaire families and various business owners have been paying the “Coyotes” (smugglers) to transport entire families to Arizona and then forcing these families to repay the total cost of the smugglers’ fee ranging from $500 to $1,500 per person.

Why don’t these immigrant workers leave?We all know that life in Mexico for these migrant workers is not good. They come here with dreams of being able to just feed their families and the possibility of living a better life, ..like all immigrants that came from Europe and elsewhere.

These Hispanic immigrants are all brought here being promised permanent residency in the United States if they come and work hard, …only to be used, abused and exploited … almost never getting any type of legal status whatsoever that they were promised.

Some workers claim they are even sexually abused. Workers sometimes never get paid at all. After they have worked for weeks, just working for food, promissed they will be paid money, they are then threatened with deportation if they do not continue.

________________________HOW INHUMANE CAN YOU BE?________________________These immigrants are actually dropped off by the smugglers (coyotes) and told to wait in the middle of various orange and grapefruit groves until someone picks them up for work. The temperature often goes down at night to the low 30’s or lower between October and March.

Most of these immigrants have not eaten food since their long trip from Mexico and have no money in their pockets. They are sleeping under the trees with little or no blankets or jackets. They say, “We may be here for 2 or 3 days before we get any work to buy food”.

These various business owners around the state are paying less than minimum wage. Millionaire farm owners are giving these immigrants inhumane places to live. After being dropped off by the smugglers many immigrants are building makeshift tree houses. They will go through garbage cans taking the plastic garbage bags and hang them under the tree to protect themselves form the rain.

IF the workers are eventually placed in housing by the employers, it is usually an old dilapidated shack that are fire traps with dangling wires that are exposed .. and not 1 smoke detector to be found, no fire extinguishers, and no water to drink. There is even the smell of leaking gas at the places we visited.

The above picture,..I wish I could actually call this a tree house. Then this situation would not be so bad.

Nearby canals are the source for drinking water and bathing.

Those who are not living under the trees have no stoves and are forced to cook outside their shacks. Many families are still using outhouses as well. Several workers who have been here in the summer and live in the groves said , “When it’s over 100 degrees we dig holes in the ground and sleep to keep cool.”

Jose says he has been sick for a while now. He has no money to go to the doctor. He says he is not sure what he makes, ..but he thinks it may be about $50.00 a week. He gets paid by the job and works from sunrise to sundown. But Jose has nothing bad to say about his employer. Like the Black slaves in the South who were loyal to their master.

At this time we do not want to reveal the exact locations of these violators unless we have the assurance of a politician who will not let these people be deported and will help them get humane housing and at least minimum wages. These people are doing the work no existing American wants, including Whites, Blacks, Hispanic or Asian Americans._____________________GOVERNOR JANE D. HULLThe State should step in and help. Not to shove them into a barbed wire camp either.Let’s get these Coyotes (smugglers) and farmers and various other employers to put up or shut them down:

1..Stop these immigrants from paying over $500 to enter the

United States to do our dirty work.2..Get these farmers and other employers to set up at minimum

trailers with running water and bathroom facilities.3..Make it a Felony for those who drop off immigrants in front

of fields to live and wait for work. 4..Make it a Felony for the property owners as well who allow

off points for these workers to be placed in either central

My internet hasn’t worked for two weeks. I also have CenturyLink internet, so I just switched over to Centurylink, so I can continue working from home. I then noticed that my cable also stopped working because I didn’t have cox internet working. The cable box wouldn’t work with CenturyLink internet (big shock). I called to get it fixed and to get cable boxes that are not dependant on cox internet.

I spoke to technical support first, then I was transferred to the loyalty department to get my cable boxes swapped and to obtain a credit for the time my service didn’t work.  The agent with the loyalty department refused to help and demanded I speak with technical support. I told the agent multiple times that I already spoke with technical support and I needed the loyalty department for the new boxes and the credits. That agent cold transferred me back to the technical support anyway and I had to be transferred back to the loyalty department again. That was strike 1.

The second loyalty agent sent me the new cable boxes and said she gave me the credits. The next day I receive 1 cable box, when I told the agent multiple times, that I had two cable boxes. That was strike 2. I called the next day to get the new box and technical support said I needed the sales department. The sales department refused to help, didnt tell me that, and blind transfrred the call to technical support, who couldnt help, and advised me to chat with a sales agent for the new cable box. I got the chat agent who then tells me that she needs to collect a $50 deposit for the cable box.

So now cox wants to punish me with a deposit, when their agent removed my boxes in error and i just needed to swap the cable boxes for ones that dont require the internet. I had Dish for years and never had any issues. I got cox about 2 years ago and I am shocked with the lack of service I’ve received. I still havent gotten the assistance needed, I am still paying for service I am not getting. I need cox to do the right thing and restore my service regarding my internet and my 2 cable boxes, without the need for a deposit for their error. I would like to be made whole and just have the service I have had for almost 2 years. There are so many strikes at this point, I stopped counting after the two.
