Similar to what Ariel stated, I was scammed into getting an Ecowater system installed after a sales pitch. They came and installed the system the very next day and afterward I learned I was denied financing when I received a credit denial letter. I tried paying on the account for over a year and the balance wasn’t going down.

Ultimately, I quit paying and this company has filed a deed notice (lien) against my property that I have been trying to settle and get removed. They charge a ridiculously high amount for the product when you can get comparable water systems for a third of the price. They will sucker you into this contract so they can ruin your life and file liens against your property. If they contact you, RUN THE OTHER WAY. They are scammers.

Computer repair Tech Jerry Lachowsky is a person who lies , cheats and steals. We assigned him to our work order he had requested. He didn’t call until he was already well out of ours customers place and out the door, even though our work order clearly reads he needs to call WHEN ALMOST DONE and BEFORE he steps out.

Our work order clearly reads tech put us on speakerphone with OUR customer, to make sure OUR customer is satisfied or not satisfied with tech and techs work. You hear tech tell me he will go back and knock on customer’s door to put me on phone with customer. He never does. He never called again. Instead, we later talk to our customer and our customer tells us this lying person by the name of Jerry Lachowsky asked him for money and asked MY customer to pay him directly! HOW ABOUT IT??!

HOW ABOUT THESE LYING TWO FACED COMPUTER REPAIR TECHS STEALING MY CUSTOMERS FOR THEMSELVES??

And here you have it , my customer who I pay thousands of dollars in marketing to obtain , my customers who call my company because we are accredited with the BBB , and so trust us, ends up being stolen from me and my company by SLEAZZY, LYING , TWO FACED CONTRACTORS LIKE JERRY LACHOWSKY FROM SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA!

How about all the stealing lying techs who have stolen from me for the past 12 Years!!!

they charged my debit card 4.95 for a ebb tablet and wifi and never sent it

I had a Direct Deposit go to them on 8/05/2021. They canceled my old account activated me a new card and account because I didn’t have my old card. The said it would automatically go to my new account $530.77. Still have not got my money in my account. Just giving me the run around. 

On 07/26/2021 I received a package delivered by USPS containing 2 small red 2 ton bottle jacks which can be purchased at any discount store for under $10 each.

I then contacted the email address that was so graciously provided to me when they were wanting to get paid and that’s when the real SCAM started. They would refund me $15 because the cost of me having to send the package back to China was so exspensive and it might get lost in the mail and so on. The package was mailed from Jamaica,NY 11413 not from China!!!  This went back and forth for a few emails until I decided to turn it over to Paypal- WHAT A JOKE that was. The seller said they would gladly refund my money if I returned the merchandise to an address in China within 10 days. The problem here is that mailing the package to China would cost $81.26 with no guarantee it would be delivered in 10 days, that was another $25. 

I was already SCAMMED out of $125.38 and Paypal wanted me to waste another $100.  I sent them the pictures and explained that what I was sent was not a mistake and that it was not even mailed from China, (there was also a picture of the address lable). Paypal made a judgment against me because I refused to mail back the items that I did not order in the first place. It is as if they didn’t even look at the pictures or read the complaint. 

If I had ordered a jacket and was sent a pair of socks would be the same difference to them.

Are we all to be screwed over ALL of the time because we try to help these small business get started? I’m so done! There are other ways to pay than Paypal, too.

If you’re reading this then you’ve probably seen the other two reviews on this website about Daniel Calabrese. Maybe you’re like me – wondering if they were exaggerated. I first read them after Daniel stopped paying rent on a unit I manage in Los Angeles. I became very worried but allowed Daniel to convince me that they were false or not representative of him as a person. The year that I had to deal with Daniel Calabrese as a non-paying tenant (during Covid of all times) was an actual hell on earth.

Sleepless nights, constant manipulation, subtle or direct threats, and sometimes even police visits. So I decided I have to write this for others who may be considering allowing him into their lives as a business partner, tenant, or other. Don’t do it. Danirl seems like he is trying to be a genuine person but at the end of the day he will never (and I mean NEVER) follow through on his promises, he will lie to you left and right, and he will cause you so much stress that you will lose sleep.

Not once did he pay rent himself — it always came from various people that he was manipulating in some way. I have a big heart and I believe he took advantage of that in an evil way. I strongly believe Daniel Calabrese is a sociopath-thus, **he actually believes all of his own lies, justifications, and manipulations.** That’s how he can come off as genuine. Run, people – run far FAR away!! I cannot understate how much destruction this person can bring to your life.

I want to report Cleve Ziegler, for being a total scammer, ripping me off thousands of dollars by his billing malpractice, and for being a total creep whenever I’d have my OBGYN appointments with him.

I was told by my OBGYN Dr Cleve Ziegler from Montreal Jewish Hospital and Complexe Medical Elna that since cancer runs in my family I would benefit from genetic cancer test. I completed an online questionnaire to ensure my eligibility and I was eligible. I asked Dr Cleve Ziegler how do I know how much this test would cost and if insurance would cover it. He reassured me that Complexe Elna Medicale will contact my insurance and if my portion of the payment will be more than 350$ they would call me and I will have an option to decline the test and they will simply discard my blood sample. No one has called me.

Then, in February I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company reflecting payment to Dr Cleve Ziegler in the amount of 1655.59$. I thought its an expensive test, but was glad insurance paid for it. Imagine my surprise when 1 month later I received an additional bill from Dr Cleve Ziegler for 535.08$!!! I called him, described my situation, and asked Cleve Ziegler why no one has contacted me before running this expensive test, would I know how much it costs I would most definitely decline it. I was told they don’t call their customers and this bill is my responsibility. He then became extremely rude with me.

He went from being a really nice OBGYN that would give me special discounts if I’d spend time with him when his wife Josie Gold wasn’t home at (((REDACTED))), to this really mean person trying to get every penny out of me. I still don’t understand why Dr Cleve Ziegler decided to be so rude with me. I normally wouldn’t call him out, but taking into account his arrogance and the fact that he emotionally dragged me, I have no choice but to post this review about Dr Cleve Ziegler, OBGYN in Montreal Canada, so that everybody knows which type of person he is.  

Hired Alfreds Auctions to sell 40 years of garage colections. Paid Him $750.00 for advertising. Did not get that. He groped every thing . Started every thing at $2.00 . Sold every thing cheep was ending with no fair warning. have lots of complants from bidders about bids not reconized . He sold a two hundred and seventy thousand dollar colection for peanuts .

Sadly Nancy and All American Monumnets (who are not American at all) prey on people who lost a loved one. They will not deliver your monument. They will take your deposit then fabricate story after story until you give up. 6 monhts turns into 12 turns into 18… No communication, false promises, no proof of production… yet she continues to stay in business preying on Eastern European immigrants in North East Philadelphia.

Please look at Yelp, BBB, and womply… reviews speak for themselves. My family has already communicated with several people who are going through the same process before and after Covid, and becuase of the emotional state, most dont have the strength to fight with this company. A good friend of ours said he has been waiting for over 2 years and has not seen evidence of his mother’s monument. How can this company be allowed to continue ripping people off, especially those who lost a loved one… Sickening!

Shady to say the least as well, they are located 12041 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116 but the website mentions nothing of Philadelphia, says Serving the New York and New Jersey area for over 22 years.

We dont want our money, we want our monument. So sad. Now we need to order a new monument. We lost 18 months and cant even do unvelieing. Next step is court and hopefully the media. We hope to  expose Nancy and All American Monuments.

Jeff and his son were always late and sometimes didn’t even show up on the days they said they would. Added all types of additional bogus fees to the invoice and when I asked him about them he threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t pay right away. Do not use this company! Use any other HVAC company for your work. Very dishonest!
