Frank Kielb has harassed me for a year, once I found out though his former staff that he rips off bands. I called him on it and he began a campaign of harassment and lies about me. He refuses to share contracts with bands that he books so he can line his pockets. He adds bands to his website without permission, to make him look relevant. Frank Kielb is a fraud. Up and coming artist? Tribute bands? Beware of this con artist. Just ask the many bands that left him. Bands that lost big money to him. 

On 1-12-20 four tickets at $801.88, each were bought from Orbitz for flights on Aer Lingus to Ireland. Ireland closed its border on 3-18-20 because of the Covid virus. I began that afternoon trying to get in touch with Orbitz and Aer Lingus who emailed that they were offering vouchers for later travel. We could not go at a later date and I emailed this to the airline. On 5-19-2020 I notified my credit card company that I wanted my money back, maybe they would have better luck getting thru. Within days my credit card company had sided with Aer Lingus and thought we should take the vouchers being offered. Again we could not have gone at a later date.  On 8-20-20 I received a message from Aer Lingus: This is an auto-response confirming we have received your refund request and will review it as quickly as possible.  On 11-16-20 I received this from AerLingus:  As your booking was made through a travel agency, we must ask you to revert to them directly with your claim. I had been trying to contact Orbitz since March 2020 (no joke). I finally posted a horrible review for Orbitz on Facebook in April 2021. On May 6. 2021 I received:  We understand that you want to obtain a refund for your flight reservation. We contacted Aer Lingus and they decided not to issue a refund since the ticket validity was already beyond one year. I HAD BEEN TRYING SINCE MARCH 2020 and every time you got thru to Orbitz sometimes waiting 2 HOURS for a human…they would hang up on you. I want my money back from someone. This has to be theft. I think they believe I will just go away. I can not afford to give away money. 

He ordered several products from our company located here in Texas then a few months afterwards continues to ask for more items under warranty. Problem is the warranty expired over 4 months ago. 

Now He threatens to write bad reviews about us unless we send Him more products. I’m filing this in the hopes other businesses will know that this is normal operating procedure for this man. If you don’t do what He wants He will trash you on the internet. This is so kind of scam or extortion He is perpertating and people need to know before they has any kind of dealings with this man.

I took this class offered by NFPT at a local gym. It was a two day course and over $900.00. The course was pretty cheesy, not professional at all, as real waste of time.

I took the certification exam and found out that none of the material the instructor went over in class was not on the test, nothing in the materials they handed out for study wasn’t on the test.

There trick is for you to pay the $900 and fail the test a few times so they can make extra money.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY BIG SCAM AND RIPOFF.

Their software guided me through my 2020 tax returns that were filed electronically, however they included a $1200.00 deduction that was later flagged by the IRS an invalid (see attach) so now I’m paying an additional $1200.00 tax bill.

Just to be clear I have no tax prep expertise and rely solely on tax prep software to file my taxes. The deduction referenced above was assigned via their standard interview process and not chosen by me nor inserted manually. In addition their software gave no warning pop-ups or other signs that anything was amiss, rather I was given an “all green light” that my return was safe.

Purchased shoes from site that claimed to ship in 10-15 days. Took money out of my account immediately. On the website, shows my order still pending. They never shipped anything and will not respond to emails. Paid through PayPal so have filed a claim and complaint with them also. 

wife went to bank early one morning to pull out money ATM machine only gave out for one dollar bills when it should’ve been for $20 bills was on video but unclear for the bank we have been banking at the trust bank in Adel Georgia for 12 years with a mortgage call police police said nothing can be done as he checks in the ATM machine the bank claims ATM machine is correct somebody got them for $80 and we had to pay for it real shame the bank thinks were trying to rip them off after being a loyal paying customers beware of the trust bank

The only thing I want to keep is the necklace. First it took forever to get the first shipment–was in two packages. Then finally a got the “second” shipment (different order #). They couldn’t find a record of the earlier shipment. When I received the first shipment which they couldn’t find a record for, I went online to return all but a necklace. The bracelet quote was mis-spelled and the clothes were all different sizes although they were marked “medium.” The clothes reeked of gasoline. I contacted them after inputting all items in one-by-one for return (but the necklace) and they were supposed to get back to me within 48 hours. Quite some time later (after the 15 days were up), they found the order but guess what.. Too late to return the stuff! They won’t allow me to return the shipment and I can’t even donate any of the items in either shipment because they smell so bad!! They even finally told me in one of the over 30 emails that they were in China. Over $200 down the drain. This was the worst buying experience I have EVER had. You’d better like what you order and be prepared because you aren’t going to get your money back from these thieves.

I am willing to provide all the correspondence I’ve had with this company to show how I’ve been given the run-around. They actually sent me an email stating they were located in China but BBB has them in City of Industry, California, 

TYPICAL YOUNG INEXPERIENCED ATTORNEY AMATEUR WHO BILLED MY WIFE TO MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE AND ALMOST COST ME A LIFETIMES WORK..PRETTY PATHETIC DISPLAY OF THE BOTTOM OF HUMANITY…JUST TERRIBLE PERSON TO THE CORE..NO REDEEMING VALUE.. 

This company was sent out by my home warranty company AHS to repair my heating unit only they told me I needed a new heating unit I never asked them to check out my ac my ac previously was working fine they told me my unit was leaking freon and it was going to cost much as a new unit to fix.so I purchased a new complete ac and heating unit the company tried to steal my cash out money from American Home shield included with my purchase but I wrote on the receipt that I signed the total amount not including my cash out money so they had no choice not to touch my cash out money they installed the unit they didn’t replace all the ductwork as in contract also I have mold growing from improper install they refuse to fix the problem ahs had to send another company out to finish the job they took my out of pocket money $5,700 and I found out it was nothing wrong with my ac unit and molded sheetrock still has to be replaced this case is currently being handled by the state im waiting on the outcome to file a lawsuit.
