Yahoo Took my money, and would not give me the service CA

After being hung on three calls in a row today, I finally called the number on my bank statement. I signed up for Yahoo Local Works, and they took my money, but would not let me update my listing for submission to a bunch of directories. Since that is the entire point of using the service, I wanted a refund, but they won’t refund me (No reason, they simply don’t feel like it.)

They also submit the billing as a recurring service. That means that I can’t even file a dispute with the bank, so I have to eat the $99. The only guy that didn’t hang up on me just kept talking over me, so nobody has a clue to the fact that their backend system is having issues, and they couldn’t care less. They screwed me.
