I placed an order online with this company on November 18th 2019 for some adult products. Shipping when I ordered them said 5 to 7 business days and I received the tracking number. 4 days later tracking number said the product was delivered but I was home all day and product was not delivered like tracking said it was.
sent a few emails that went unanswered to the company and then finally received a reply a few days later saying that they would look into the transaction. 3 days later I sent another email asking if there was any resolution to the issue I was having and did not receive anything for another two days.
the email I received next said that they were issuing a refund and it would be back in my account 5 days from this email. after waiting 7 days I sent another email and then another email and subsequently 5 more emails that all went unanswered
