They advertise online for various products under different "store" names under different websites…claiming the products are on sale for 50, 75, even 100% off and you only pay for shipping. I've come across this under 2 different sites…in one case they were selling headphones, in another they were selling a collapsible in-sink strainer. There is no fine print on the web pages mentioning anything but the product. When you click to make purchase, and they ask for shipping and payment info there's also no fine print mentioning anything about purchasing a membership…however, once the info is submitted, a page comes up indicating you've been issued an "Exclusive Promo code" with

Up to 100% discount on ALL purchases purchased a membership
Lifetime Warranty On All Orders
One Time Fee $58

They charge your credit card this fee plus the shipping  & if you call customer support (which is outsourced) and request a refund, they claim the most they can refund is 50% of the membership fee and the order cannot be cancelled.

When the order is placed you receive 2 emails, one w/ the details of your original order and one with the discount code referred to on the website promising deals of up to 70% off.

In both cases the charge comes from reductionoutlet.com (which is another website altogether from the site where orders are placed).

If you go back to the website the prices of various items are different prices that what was originally advertised, so this 70% off code really doesn't do much good.
