harrrased by “owner” using costumer service platform Sold cheap plates and napkins that did not hold to basic quality! As trying to email for a refund I was told there was a restock fee to which I was not notified in the terms when checking out. Upon emailing the costumer service I was told there was a 10% stock fee and I shouldn’t wait til after receiving items to complain about it. To which the “owner” who is in charge of emails does not provide a call number actually told me “who are you even gonna call, I’m the owner and if you don’t like it don’t order” being an as*hole to costumers who have you money while also showing off your male ego is a poor choice for a “business owner” the items he sold were flimsy!

Paper plates that could barely hold a potato chip! Napkins that tore just from opening the package! Email after email harassing me with nasty messages to bully me into not returning them
