Turns out that you are unable to "cancell" the follow-on charged order until have received the physcial product. I called day after ordering and was told this. Not a good sign. Didn't receive order for ~ 8-9 days. I remembered to call in and cancell – But here is the gotcha, their 14 days doesn't start when you receive the product. What a joke of a trial -a couple days to check out.
I cancelled 2 days after the 14 day limit and successfully cancelled. However, the credit card statement showed a charge of $95 for one of the products and $99 for the other. I called back in and complained. CSR just read the T&Cs and stated that had not cancelled prior to the 14 days – forget about that :
1. Had only a couple days to trial.
2. Had found No Way to delete-Remove the ca[sules added to the order by the website.
Initially paid for shipping ~$5ea for the Oil and Capsules. But the charges on the 15th day were for the product already shipped – not for a new shipment. Very sly operation.
Upon disccussion with a Supervisor CSR, I was able to get a 50% refund but no total refund. Customer service, Ts&Cs and initial ordering all combined was a "scam approach" with gotchas all along the way.
There are much better companies to do online business with — AVOID THIS COMPANY.
