Ordered a set of ryobi brand 18v tools with credit card. They never arrived. I was sent a pair of sunglasses on first shipment. Contact company by the email address provided. I was told sorry, and will ship new correct order. I was given a China tracking number to follow.

Shipment finally showed up in U.S. Was held up in customs , finally supposed to be in my hometown. I waited several more days and then contacted Janet Gray again. This had been my email contact through out. Her email reply was sorry shipment seems to be lost.

I then requested a full refund, or new shipment. I was told that products we not available and offered a partial refund. My initial order amount was $59, and I’m being offered $45 due to shipping cost on something that I never received. I’ve been offered $46 in last email.
