Mary Smith aka Haley Blair posted ad on offer up & facebook advertising rv & other vehicles for sale thru online auction liveauctionworld.com & icollector.com the ads are deceiving pics and description are misleading & bait and switch.
You think youve won a vehicle that runs and is ready to go to desert or on trips but you get there they wont let you see it til paid in full. They promise itll pass smog that everything works then threaten to sue if you dont pay.
Then they bring you to vehicle and walk away because its nothing like the pictures or description the one i won ended up having no keys no ignition no locks doors didnt shut had a 1 gallon gas tank with a hose to engine which obviosly cant drive far cabinets were rat infested fridge had food and stuff in it that was probably over 15 yrs old nothing worked seats couch were ripped.
Then i tried talking to them and the other owner Charles Favale starts pushing and threatening us.Then we find out the dmv paperwork i was given by Mary Smith/ Haley Blair she put an old employees name on it as the owner and forged his signature.Everything with these people are fake including their names they use fake facebook profiles to harass people.They have no business no sales license no permits to do anything and as brokers selling multiple vehicles thru auctions thats illegal.They advertise theyre a family owned 30yr old business.which is a complete lie.They stole $4200 from me $5800 from another lady and a few others.
