Phone number 214-617-2393 is one of their lines. They cold called our business repeatedly soliciting work. They offered to help the owner collect debts on our behalf. Our owner reconsidered when they demanded 60%… on debt still not even collected.
They then proceeded to call and harrass us at work. They called our business repeatedly (over multiple days, multiple times a day) and spoke with staff telling them misinformation in an effort to get alternative contact information for the owner as he had blocked them.
The owner spoke with them one final time and told them to stop the pushy behavior and told them not to call back. I should mention it was a younger man’s voice in the beginning. Then an older man called the front office immediately. He demanded to speak with the owner, when he was told that he would not be transferred he began yelling obscinities at me. Demanding “we” pay them… his language was: “listen here you b***h…” b***h i dont care what he says you better give me my money.”… I told him to not call back and have a nice day.
He called again same language immediately upon answering. I told him clearly that his behavior (which is evidenced by our phone record mind you) is harrassment and that if he calls once more the police will be contacted.
Nothing since.. but that was this afternoon.
