These people are crooks in the first three months I called several times to address issues with the system then they pulled a no call no show before the ninety day too late policy. Then on the fifth visit three and a half months later when defenders called to see if the system was online because I tripped the alarm on purpose several times before he got there and low and behold 14 months later the system wasn’t on line.
I have since tripped the alarm and nobody calls got on BBB and made report and within two weeks woke up to someone trying to pick my lock twice. Both the Fab keys came up missing from my house. I truly believe there a bunch of criminals.
Since my cameras don’t work while I’m out of my house and every time we call to get service shut off ADT sends us to Deffenders then Deffenders sends us to ADT corporate they then tell us Deffenders owns the contract and that we’ll have to take it up with them it’s one scam after the other.We also went from a two yr contract to a three and was told last night in order to get out of a 67 dollar a month for 28 months and 1400 in equipment would cost 6075 dollars to cancel out.
I’ve never been so insulted in my life and unhappy with a service. Chicago it says ADT but it’s Deffenders in ADT clothes and trucks.
