The pharmacy employees leave me no choice but to write this complaint against them. I have given them chance after chance to fill my diabetic test strips. My doctor’s office has always been prompt in calling in my prescriptions, which the CVS pharmacy employees try to blame them claiming they never have received my prescriptions.
My Doctor’s office always sends me a text when they sent over my prescriptions to this pharmacy. But they still try to pull this crap. It’s because of the problems we had with Matthew at the CVS on Crawford rd, why we are starting to have problems on the Summerville road one. I have been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS since 2007 for 14 years now. But Matthew is the cause for why my mother can’t get her’s filled there anymore. He has been in trouble with the Board of Pharmacy due to his own actions!
But they won’t to harass & abuse my mother, for no reason because she handles my prescriptions. I have a right to have my prescriptions filled here & because I had trouble at other pharmacies due to how CVS, is treating me right now. That is why I stay with CVS even though they are treating my mother and me unfairly & unjustly!
It’s them who has the problem, not me or my mother. They just can’t fill my prescriptions like they do other customers. I’ve been nice and patient but they know how to push my mother’s buttons, so they don’t have to work with us. They shouldn’t be allowed to work around drugs if this is their attuide. They get the customer upset to tell them off.
They should be fired! But CVS keeps these creeps employed. Knowing they abuse drugs and drinking.
