I worked for Charles Lutman on a production and did all he asked to the best of my ability including going above and beyond what was agreed upon before hand and even offering to do more . After the fact he expressed that he was not happy with the results due to matters which were out of my personal control but still agreed to pay me.
Over a year later he has still not paid and has begun to use threatening and abusive language in an attempt to scare me and make me feel bad for something which I have no control over. He is now claiming I owe him thousands of dollars for things which were not my fault.
To my knowledge there are other people he owes far more to and keeps using threats to escape paying.
