In my opinion, Brittany is a very pushy and manipulative realtor. She listed a property that was not fully hers to list and tried to assist in getting the other party off the deed. She tried to coerce someone in the party to sign their half of a quitclaim and suggested that the dispute could be settled after the sale of the house.
In addition, when our lawyer subpoened her for documents she was uncoopertative and was about to be held in contempt of court. She finally released the subpoened documents, but only after she was paid for her her “administrative time.” The property was never hers to list in the first place because of a dispute, yet she demands money when she should never have disputed. In some of the released emails, she is giving “legal advice” when she is not legally allowed to practice law.
In my opinion, for a woman of “god,” her behavior was very dishonest and manipulative. Her photos show her in designer clothes and her daugher is even named “Chanel.” From what I recall, the Bible does not preach “marterialism” and is vehemently against it. Her greed was why she listed a property without all parties consenting. Hardly, a woman of “god.” Maybe some of her bleach has gone to her brain.
