This lawyer (and I use “lawyer” very loosely) is completely incompetent and has zero ethics. I find it funny that he never answered the original complaint regarding his “alleged filing” of bankruptcy. In researching Mr. Schimers, I did find a case filed against him for Legal/ Professional Malpractice in Wayne County Circuit Court.
I have also found numerous negative complaints and reviews filed against him. I certainly wish I had done my research before hiring this so called attorney. It seems he has a pattern of not returning calls or representing his clients in a professional manner. I strongly suggest avoiding this guy.
