Our nightmare began nearly two years ago when we thought we were moving into a beautiful newly constructed neighborhood in Bend, Oregon. Little did we know our nightmare would shortly begin after we moved in.
We arrived in Spring, and by the time we had the opportunity to witness firsthand the damage their landscapers had done to our our shrubs as well as the flowers the previous owners had wonderfully planted, we knew we were in trouble.
Since then, nothing has been done to help us. They’ve ignored countless emails. They belittle you when you call them. They play the victim instead of taking responsibility.
The worst part of this? They told us that as our neighborhood gets larger, the fees will go down. Except they didn’t. They went up during a year when Aperion Management did NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING.
