American Window and Doors left huge gaping holes, around our newly installed custome storm door. The siding was damanged all round. The front storm door was installed with visible cracks, scrapes and scratches in the metal. The crew were actually packed up and most have already driven off when I went out to see the work, because they didn’t go over the exterior with us (now I know why), I was devasted. My husband managed to get 2 of the guys to come back they explained it had to be done but they don’t do the repairs. It’s on us. When he called the crew supervisor Landen on speaker, he stated for us to call the office in morning. WOW!!!
The owner Joe Brose was more than willing to correct the horrible job his crew performed until I posted pics on his google page which I think he’s blocked because only I and I assume he can see them. Hmmmm!!!
So he has stated if I don’t remove the pics there will be no resolution. I am beside myself at this point.
I also received insulting, angry, hostile text from him because of the post which have had a very negative affect on me. It’s like I don’t have the right to be displeased about the distruction of my home.
4 days later and nothing. We’ve covered the huge holes and siding with plastic for protection, which we asked them to kindly do but it wasn’t happening. So here we are!
