I am so incredibly disappointed in my recent purchase from this company.
I’ve purchased hair from this shop a few years ago and I questioned the length but never actually escalated this. However, this time around I feel scammed.
I ordered 2 18” bundles. What I received was thin wefts, with barely any straggles, one that barely reaches around 16” with one strand of hair and another around 14”.
I not only wasted over $150, but I wasted an entire weekend purchasing new hair from a local store for a wedding. One bundle was about 3 inches shorter than the other, they should’ve all been 18”! I am so disappointed!
This is so beyond frustrating because I could’ve easily went with my normal supplier and had no problem installing over this past weekend. I am not sure how this company can advertise 18” and send a customer something 4” too short!! I’ve been a hairdresser for many years and I can’t begin to tell you how falsely advertised this is . I understand hair is going to be thin and shorter in some areas but this is unacceptable. Absolutely appalling.
Look at the two different sizes! How is this 18”? This is one “weft” this hair is literally straggles and see through.
