I placed an order for a hang pan drum that Awumm.com advertised for $80.00. They instantly charged my debit card. I received an email claiming that my order was shipped. They provided a tracking number. I tracked the package from China into the USA for a month. It stopped moving at The Secondary Processing Center. It then sat at The Secondary Processing Center for another month.
I contacted the US Postal center. I was informed that the tracking number I was provided belonged to a package that was delivered to someone other than me in a different state. The US postal service provided me a photo of the package with the tracking number on it. The package was a small envelope. My package should have been a large drum in a box. I contacted Awumm many many times providing proof that they gave me the tracking number that belonged to someone elses package and that I never received mine. Awumm continues to tell me that my package was delivered and that the tracking number is correct.
I have never received my drum and I am out $80.00. They insist that it was delivered even though I have provided photos of my order with my name and address and photos of the other persons package with their name and address. Both of the photos have the exact same tracking number on them. Apparently they never sent me anything and just sent mean email with a tracking number belonging to someoen elses package.
