I ordered a 2-1 hair curler/straightener from a really nice professional Instagram ad I saw. I ordered it 'express delivery' in Dec and I did not receive it till end of Jan. They never notified me to telll me it would be late.
Then when I did receive it…it was not what I ordered. Like not even close. It was ridiculous what a scam it was. They sent me this tiny cheap little mini hair straghtener that was not the same look, design, quality…nothing.
Now when I try to contact them, they take weeks to respond and refuse to send a refund. I did not realize they were based in China either.
