I have completed surveys for this site for over a year now (since December 2017 to be exact) and when I tried to make a withdraw request they have now refused to pay. I spent my time doing their surveys and expect to be paid. After I requested a $30.00 check payment (on Friday, August 30, 2019), my account was blocked.

This is the information that I received from this company: "Unfortunately you are currently blocked from completing surveys. Most tickets are replied within 2 business days, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to get back to you. Tickets are sometimes re-routed for proper handling, which may extend the time it takes for us to reply to your message.  

Each member is given a Quality Score that is an indication of how accurate and well they perform in surveys. Everyone starts with a base score of 100, you do not want to go below 100 or ever lose any points, at that point you will be blocked from completing surveys. My Quality Score currently at 219, so if my score is at 219 (over 100 points) where is the error?    

I noticed other members are experiencing similar issues with this site as well, I just want what is owed to me. If SurveyRewardz thinks I am a fraud, then why do they keep letting me continue to take surveys? Just pay me what I am due.
