On May 18, 2021, I purchased a 7ft air hockey /pool table combo. The product was shipped to my house on May 26th, it was damaged. I contacted Marco via email and asked fir his full name and contact information to resolve the issue. He never provided me any of this information, Instead he told me to keep the damaged product for a discount. I refused. On June 8,2021, Marco shipped out a replacement airhockey/Pool table. It was damaged as well.
I have sent the damaged product back and requested a refund. I have emailed him pictures, RoadRunner transportation service had confirmed they picked up the damaged product. All of this had been sent but yet Marco is refusing to give me a refund of almost $2,000. Marco would not provide me his company contact number, he would not call me or escalate my issue to the refund department. I encourage anyone who reads this.. PLEASE DONT USE THEM!
They are scammers. They purposely send out defective products to the consumers put insurance claims out on the products, once it arrives at the destination, they then refuse to give refunds, instead, they offer you a discount to keep the broken merchandise, with no plans on taking the damaged product back. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, BBB Scam tracker, and FTC.gov..
