Don’t buy from Gearbest. I purchased a drone in May 2021. They took a week to send a fake tracking number. When I contacted gearbest support they failed to explain why the tracking number was fake but to wait 7-10 days. After 10 days I emailed again and they said they were still waiting for the seller to respond.

At the 50 day mark they said I had to wait until after 60 days to file a claim. At 62 days they said they couldn’t help me because I did not pay for insurance. I explained that no insurance was offered and that the tracking number was fake. They refused to address the fake tracking number issue and said they would only offer a 50% refund. Their “customer service” reps are trained to hold people off and lie.

drtysouth boxing gym is fraud company, they collaborate with our company (who is manufacturing concern of boxing and fitness equipment) 2 months ago, asked for sample shipments first that we did and they have passed all our samples and quality. commitment was that they’ll pay us for the samples once after they like the samples and pass for bulk productions. after almost 2 months now they are not paying not communicating, even have blocked us from their instagram account, no reply on emails, not attending our calls. 

we are seeking help of anybody/ law firm/ lawyer can see the legality of our matter and help us out getting our payment from the stupid, creapy businessman.

also prompt my other fellows to beaware from this scammer, fraud business.

My order arrived 4 WEEKS LATER from China (they’re meant to be an Aussie company). The profit I bought, a solar water fountain, didn’t even work.

when I contacted the company, there was no response for two weeks. Their response was not helpful at all, they didn’t take responsibility.

im unable to return or get a refund so I’m stuck with this cheap Chinese fountain I paid a premium price for. I was better off just going to brunnings

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY.   THEY TRY TO SCARE YOU WITH SAYING THERE IS TOXIC MOLD.  THAT IS NOT ALWAYS TRUE!!!   THEY SAY THERE IS AN ATTORNEY WITHIN THE FEE THEY INITIALLY CHARGE, BE AWARE, THAT IS NOT TRUE!!

At camp sign up and during camp, I confirmed with 2 employees that I can reschedule/make up. Before I missed a day due to heavy rain storm, I confirmed again and informed them about making it up in August because my child is signed up for entire July, and was told ok.  

Then they refused to let my daughter make up her day, while some other kids did.  They claimed they don’t do make ups and I was given wrong information.  Their policy is not on their website, and no where in writing, everything is based on what they say.  But I was told clearly many times we can, and they refused to admit that.  And we missed a day based on what I was told, and now they refused to honor what they tell their customer.  Total rip-off.

Auch mich hat er abgezockt 3 mal PRF und dann hatte mein Partner angeblich einen schwarz magischen Fluch auf sich deshalb kann die PRF nicht wirken so seine Aussage …das müsste man lösen und dann nochmal eine PRF machen, die er dann kostenlos machen würde selbstverständlich..aber den Fluch zu lösen wäre eine sehr aufwändige Arbeit und dauert lange und bis dahin könnten sich bis zu 4000€ zusammen rappen. Lennart Wolf gibt es nicht mehr er/ ist jetzt eine Sie und hat eine andere Identität und Geschlecht. Und er macht weiter.

We contracted Bronson Zolik, The Knotty Artisan around November 2020 to build a custom barn door for our bathroom, wood countertop for the island and epoxy countertops with backsplashes for our kitchen, pantry and dining area.  All installed by March 2021.  Backsplashes, minus the glitter and finish on the countertops a week or two later.  Paid in full May 2021. 

Mid May the backsplashes started turning yellow. Notified Bronson.    He came out and agreed the backsplashes are turning yellow and will be replaced.  He rarely responds to phone calls and text messages so I did visit the shop several times.  It is closed most of the time but I did find him there once, a worker the second time.   Again, he promised it would be fixed.

We tried to paint above the backsplashes to prepare for installation however there was silicone everywhere.  Paint does not stick to silicone. We got tired of waiting, so we pulled the backsplashes off ourselves, removed the silicone and used drywall mud and tape to repair the damage. 

We were done with repairs by June 16, 2021. Sent pics and he replied “Copy.”  Follow up June 29, 2021, no reply.  He finally answered the phone July 9, 2021 at 0949 and said he and crew would be out July 14, 2021 with crew, backsplashes and touch up material.

  Never happened.  I sent a text July15, 2021 indicating I had a tile guy coming out as my wife wants to get her kitchen done.  No contact or replies since then. My guess is he has no intention of repairing the damage, replacing the backsplashes or fixing anything else.  He does make lots of promises, mostly never delivered.

So here we are seven months into this mess. The sink cutout is wrong, epoxy flaws and bubbles everywhere, no backsplashes, no return calls or texts.

I have called the company directly and have been assured three times that the trial has been canceled with no charges and yet continue to receive “this is not a promotional email” messages. This started when I bought a used car from a dealer. This is complete fraud. I do NOT have an account with Sirius and I have called now 3 times and been assured it will just “go away” at the end of the trial. The tone of this is threatening.

  Account past due reminder

We hired Joseph Sanchez to redo our driveway and patio and landscaping. He did a friend of a friend’s driveway and it looked good. He gave us a good deal. He took our deposit, and then we didnt hear from him for months after.

He lied about being licensed and about filing the permit in our city. I posted online and I find that he is doing this to others as well. He has returned some money, but is saying he will not return the rest because Ive posted a poor review on Google. He has done NO work at all and took our money.

This is the contents of the Default Letter that was sent to Taskforce NTX co-founder and V.P. of Construction.

“Please be advised that your company is in default of the signed contract dated on May 27, 2021 and you and your company have failed to provide the following:

(1) Produce a project plan/schedule/build of materials/scope of work for any of your workers/subcontractors at any given time.

(2) Communicate with us as the customers if a worker/subcontractor has quit or gotten fired from our project, when a worker/subcontractor will arrive on site (if at all). We have told you several times that communication is key to all of our success but you do not seem to have any respect in that aspect and have made the choice not to properly communicate with us. If you do finally communicate it is only after we have to make you aware that workers have failed to show up, etc. leaving us knowing that you have no idea what is going on with this project.

(3) No project manager at any given time has been at our house to make sure the job is being done correctly.

(4) We have had to provide on our drop clothes, broom with dust pan and other cleaning products of our own in order to attempt to protect our floors. The work space has not been cleaned daily before leaving and for day after day trash continued to build up in our flower beds and grass. Also, when they put the trash in the flower beds they just threw it in there causing to break 4 (four) solar lights we had in it. George stated on July 3, 2021 that he would replace these.

(5) One of your subcontractor, a plumber, was supposed to come in the morning of July 1, 2021, and failed to do so because apparently he had warrant out for his arrest and was taken to jail.

(6) I have specifically asked George, to make sure that before any tile is put on the walls that the sheet rock is waterproofed on the screws and seams. Instead of doing so, his subcontractor just put mud over it and did not waterproof anything.

(7) When the subcontractor installed the wall tile, it was done incorrectly and left it with cracks, not leveled correctly, uneven, the grout lines are all different sizes and all the schluter around the window frame and nook frame was put on not flush with the tile. This has to all be redone.

(8) A licensed electrician was supposed to come to our house on July 2, 2021 and failed to do so. Instead, your company opted for one of the subcontractors to do the electric part of the job. To my knowledge he was not a licensed electrician. This is the same subcontractor that installed our wall tile and left 4 (four) tiles installed with cracks. The same subcontractor then failed to show up on July 3, 2021 as promised. On this particular morning, George (not sure what his role in the company is) came and picked up the 85% of the trash, leaving the remaining. and did not inform us that no other contractor would be coming leaving us with the assumption someone was coming as we had been told the day before. We were not told until hours later after we made several attempts to get a hold of someone that the “crew quit” without any explanation or any time line of when someone will be getting this project done.

(8) You told me via email on July 5th, that you would call me on Tuesday, July 6′ and also

have a tile guy, Andre, come and work on our bathroom. This did not happen. I attempted to call you and you are now starting to block my phone calls.

(9) Your company’s website states the following and this has not happened from the beginning to date of this letter:

“We provide you a professional designer and an architect to get the style right. Then, in conjunction with your project manager, we build an installation schedule approved by you before starting demolition.”

This remodeling job for our 5ft by 8 ft bathroom should take no longer than a week to complete from the beginning to the end. We are starting now on the 4′ week and there has been little work and movement on your company’s part and if it has been done it is incorrect and has to be fixed.Taskforce NTX July 7, 2021 Page 3

We as the customers have had to provide the Scope of Work to your subcontractors because the workers/subcontractors have not had any type of direction, scope of work or plans to work from. When my wife, Shannon, asked one of the subcontractors has they would know what to do his response was “oh we will just figure it out.” That is unacceptable.

We have also had to be the ones to have to enter any notes, photos, etc. to the Buildtrend communication app. There is no Scope of Work, no schedule set and so this Buildtrend app. is useless except for documentation that we are making in every effort to get this project done. Your company has been negligent to do so. We have also uploaded photos in the Buildtrend app for all of the mistakes that have been made up to this point.

Please find enclosed the Description of Services agreed upon with our notations of work NOT done and work that is either incomplete or incorrectly done.

We are requesting a refund in the amount of $4,134.00 for work that has not been done, for work that will now have to be redone and materials that we will have to rebuy because of your company’s lack of competency, communication, professionalism and subcontractors failing to show up for the job. We are now going to have to replace the majority of the materials that we have already paid for and that was incorrectly used by your company and all of the new tile left with some cracked and schluter that we had already purchased and was incorrectly installed. We are enclosing a copy of the estimate showing everything that has NOT been done and has to be redone.

We have asked you on several occasions to call us, not text or email, so that we can get our issues resolved but you have failed to do so. Therefore, we expect a refund and will no longer be doing business with you and your company, Task Force NTX .”

It costs us an additional $8,500.00 to fix their mistakes because basically had to start over with another company.  We have not heard from them since we filed a report with BBB which is basically doing nothing except waiting on a response from the 2nd letter BBB sent to them.
