Fraudster Danny Crichigno, 54, of (((REDACTED))) Brooklyn failed to shake down the Cropsey Avenue Home Depot in Brooklyn for a large undisclosed sum of money for a fake knee injury he allegedly sustained pushing one of the store’s shopping carts. As with any monetary fraud, New York State Supreme Court judge Lizette Colon found in her ruling on January 9, 2020 there were no factuality or merit to support Crichigno’s frivolous personal injury claim he filed back on 30 July, 2019.

Judge Colon, threw out the vexatious lawsuit because she found Crichigno’s claim to be baseless. While he claimed to allegedly suffer “severe and permanent personal injuries to his right knee and other parts of his body,” Crichigno was simultaneously found to be painlessly doing manual and physical labor and clearly showing no sign of discomfort, pain or difficulties with range of motion to his right knee or other parts of his body, as he fraudulently claimed.

He was discovered easily bending and crouching at his knees to perform various vocational and personal handyman activities.

Crichigno filed the fraudulent personal injury claim attempting to extort a large monetary sum from Home Depot. But last week the Supreme Court judge threw out Crichigno’s extortion. It was “Dismissed With Prejudice,” which means the judge’s dismissal of Crichigno’s case bars him from ever bringing an action before the court on the same claim or on a similar premise. The judge’s decision was a final judgment and she closed the case permanently.

I refinanced my auto loan through NALN in November, 2019. Once my loan was approved, I received an email on December 11, 2019, stating that NALN had mailed a check to my previous auto lender. This email included check details including the check number.

My previous auto lender still has not received this check to pay off the original auto loan. NALN will not respond to my emails or calls to find out the status of the loan payoff. This issue has seriously affected my credit.

Stupid of me not to realize there is no incentive in them selling the car quickly if they are getting paid monthly for you to keep your car there!!!!!! Anyways after about a year I get a call that they sold the car, I told them I should have gotten a call to confirm price, they said it was too late!  I had the car listed at 45,000.00 when they called me they said they sold it for 29,000!!!!!!! without my permission!!!!!

Beware of this company! The implementation team is impossible to get ahold of. I asked for a refund and they stated that I signed a contract with them when they NEVER did any actual work for my company.

This company has refused to grant my withdrawals. Its more than a year that i have been asking for withdrawal and they refused to answer me. They gave excuses to deposit more money which i did and they still refused.

I have called their line and its always busy and they hardly respond to my mails. I really dont know what to do. Is there anything i can do. I have reported to the police and nothing is guaranteed. 

They called me told me if I paid back fees they would send my commission. I paid back fees I still have not recieved commission.

I hope the police can do something about this brokers/traders. they have ruined a lot of people's live and they still on it. I trade with this company late 2018 and during that time i have made almost 89000USD profits.

I deposited 120000USD in total to trade with them. They have refused toi grant withdrawal request. Aside that , they are being disrespectful over the phone, trying to force me to deposit more moeny.

This has been a wow experience. If I could give them a -10 star I would. So me and my buddy both applied here we sent our information And they made it sound like we were hired. I told them we want a co pany to treat us right  give us Mike's and good pay.

They said this is were u want to come here. So again they made it sound like we were hired. We thought we had been hired then it was excuse after excuse this and that. I would never waste time these guys are cheap the lie and they dont do what most companies do . She said her and her family worked out of state for Department of Defense Military healthcare system, VA/DoD Healthacre affairs and OHS Health Care in three major cities. Said she was looking for a renter and that she worked really hard on this property and needed someone who was going to take care of it.

She was out of town, so I could not see the unit but I could drive by the building and let me know if I liked it. Asked me to fill out an application and if she approved I would send her a $700 deposit and her "lawyer" would then send the keys to the address I provided.

This was too good to be true, so I had a friend Google image search her image and this website popped up with the same picture she sent me and a different name. Rent was well below surronding areas. This is how she gets you. $700 for a fully furnished condo in San Diego, call me stupid but it almost sounded like an AirBnB. 

Emails she used were [email protected] and [email protected]. Poor grammer when sending emails, sentences didnt make sense. Strange capitalizations and punctuation. Fake ad, fake story, fake person!
