I have recently opened a Nexo account and transferred a test £100 on 25/04/2021 – so glad I didn’t do more, as of today it is still not there.
The money was sent as Faster Payments so was in there account within 2 hours. I have triple checked the details they provided but no one knows where my money is. Sadly I have transferred in XRP and BTC so its going to take me 3 months to get my money back out with their 1 transfer per month rule.
Back to Celsius I go, can’t recommend them enough.

My advise to Nexo: Stop blaming your banking partner, you chose to use them therefore its you that are at fault if they cannot do what they are supposed to do. If it is really them then find a new banking partner. If the issue is down to too many customers, freeze new memberships and get the basics right – walk before you run.
I hope you get these issues sorted out but for me you have lost my trust.
