I contacted them to pack and move me from McKinney Texas to Bend Oregon in May of 2018. On May 26 2018, the team came and packed my house and did a VERY poor job of it. AV equipment was put in boxes without care or wrapping, safes were moved without safe-jacks and the list goes on and on. I have pictures of EVERYTHING.
My belongings showed up at my new residence on August 5, 2018. Many items (washer and dryer, freezer, wardrobe boxes full of clothes, to mention a few ) were not there, many items were damaged. AV components were damaged from, bouncing around, sticky fluids were dumped on components, boxes containing tools were empty of the contents.
The entire time I was calling and trying to narrow them down, I was cussed at, hung up on, threatened and harassed. Eventually my perosnal insurance company paid me for what was missing (USAA) but their insurance company refused my claims completely.
