I ordered 3 tops from Rotita on 6/22/19 and used my Chase account. Received tops on 7/3/19. Quality was very poor, material very thin. Had difficulty trying to reach customer service. Finally, contacted them in China by chat. They gave me return address 8555 Tonnelle Ave Unit 301, North Bergen NJ 97947 and RMA# 13353498 by chat, so I have no email trail.
I wrapped up tops, that were never worn, in original package,with RMA# on outside, as instructed and mailed through USPS on 7/5/19 using my Chase credit card. Never received a credit on my card for the tops.
Contacted Chase, they contacted Rotita, who claimed they did not receive the package and the RMS # was not a correct number. They refuse to credit my account. This company has well over 300 similar complaints by people trying to get a return. Either they claim they merchandise is stained or people don't receive the order etc. Rotita's business practices are very questionable to say the least.
