These scams pretend to work from San Francisco and most of them have “Indian accent” which makes hard where they are located.They took over $8000 from me to design website and finally diasppreared. I lost my money and I lost my website and I lost my ideas. If there is rule of law I demand to block these website and investigate the crime and bring them to justice. In response to Closet by Design of Orlando, I want to make the necessary reservations and observations so that I can fully demonstrate how this company has no interest in solving the problem caused by the low quality that they are offering to its customers, also I would like to denote the sheer lack of professionalism in this company. This company does not have an ethical, responsible or respectful attitude towards its customers; it is not selling the quality that it promises.

Closet by Design of Orlando, states in its response to Better Business Bureau (Orlando) that they are happy to contact me to try again to resolve the unacceptable installation carried out by the company’s professionals. This is just a cliché, as they never really volunteered to solve my problem!!! It is foolish to have to hear from them that they have already tried to find a solution to the problem that they themselves created due to incompetence and lack of respect toward their customers.

To state that I am unable to identify what exactly does not correspond between the agreed projects and what is currently built in my home is to try to transfer the burden of responsibility over to me. In the photos and videos attached the anti-professionalism and slop job carried out in the installation were proven.

It is absurd to say that I did not like the sliding doors that I chose, when the problem is not in the door model, but in the bad installation done by the company professionals. Mentioning that Closet by Design of Orlando, offered to replace the doors, this is a bad joke, as they want to offer other doors, but wanting me to pay for the measurement and installation error of these doors that are already paid, it would be much easy for the victimizer to make a mistake and force the victim still to have to pay for his action. It is total nonsense! This only makes me believe in the company’s fairness and lack of consideration for its customers. From what I have already researched, it became very clear to me the standard used by this company, whenever they are targets of complaints, they try to evade their responsibilities. They emphasize only those who have been fortunate enough to have the facilities successful, but they do not mention the expressive number of people unhappy with their services.

How will I pay for this company’s mistake? I have already paid the full amount of the project and installation! To have a better idea of ​​their slop job, the size of the cabinet opening is approximately 34 3/4” high, while the height of the closet slide doors is just over 32 ¼”, does that justify my having to pay more money to get incorrect measurements and unacceptable installation of bathroom cabinets? Would it be fair for me to have to pay for a service that they didn’t even know how to measure the size of the doors properly and in the installation they did this horrible and poorly service? The company stated that for them it would not be fair to incur additional costs when they built exactly what was planned and agreed, this is a scam and the photos and videos prove my arguments. Now Closet by Design of Orlando wants the extra costs to be paid by me, I cannot believe in such a lack of ethics and disrespect for myself and other customers.

Attached, you found photos and videos of the problems with the installation of the bathroom cabinet. I’m sure they agreed, after reviewing the attached materials, that it is clearly unacceptable. As you can see in the photos and videos:

• There are large gaps visible between the drawers due to improper assembly or improper assembly;

• There is an unfinished edge / scratch on the workbench that is inconsistent with the quality of the promised work;

• The upper sliders are clearly smaller in relation to the opening, leaving large openings on all sides of the doors;

• The entire cabinet is not levered and installed at an angle;

• The upper doors are not parallel and leave a large gap seen from the side.

I am sure that this is not the type of work that you would accept in your home and does not represent the quality that the company promises to deliver to its customers.

Since Closet by Design wants me to have to show exactly what is different from the drawings, the photos and videos speak for themselves. They are still sarcastic when they say, “If that were the case.” I never saw such absurdity!

Closet by Design now claims that I am trying to hinder resolution with countless accusations (on social media), including representatives lying to me, laughing in my face (on the phone), doing a very sloppy job, etc. It all happened! I am not a liar, unlike you who do not comply with what you are selling. I believe that this is very little, you shouldn’t even be working in the closet market, it is a shame that a company that advertises, talks, sells and in the end, delivers such a sloppy job and poor quality such as my closet. And if I am posting all of this on social networks, it is so that future customers do not experience what I am experiencing with you, this is called an act of citizenship. But I don’t think you should know the meaning of this word, do you?

You like to put yourself in the role of victims, but of victims you have nothing. It is unacceptable what you say, saying: “We want to help the client in the best possible way, but if we do not reach a specific agreement on the real concerns she has, I am not sure how we can help.”  You know very well how to reach an agreement; I do not want anything that is not mine, just the guarantee of my rights as a customer. You should put your hand on your conscience, if you have one, and ensure a correct and quality installation, the quality that you promise to deliver.

The accusation you mention in your reply is frivolous and disproportionate to the truth: “Remember that we have also suffered two insufficient funds checks with this client so far.” You forgot to say that the total value of the closet is already paid, and that this lack of funds mentioned by you was because I withdrew the check for you to get this slop job done by your company, I never refused to pay my debts or obligations, unlike you who do not fulfill what you sell or disclose, not to mention that I paid 50% in advance and the other 50% was withdrawn from my bank account without my authorization. It is worth mentioning, that you made an unauthorized (fraudulent) charge on my debit card, when I withdrew the check to solve this unacceptable problem. Even so, you went there and withdrew money from my account without my authorization and without solving my problem. It is foolish to say that I did not intend to pay for the project in full, I only held up the check to comply with the agreed. Something that has not been done until now.

Finally, I am not happy with the response from Closet by Design of Orlando, I feel that they are trying to make themselves victims, something that they are not, the victim here is me, deceived by Closet by Design of Orlando, this company likes to manipulate the situation they create themselves. This company sold me illusion to the contrary of quality; I paid fully for the services that were not professionally delivered, a totally sloppy job, without the quality that they promise.

I was in contact with a woman I met on classifiedads.com for about two weeks, but it turns out that all she wanted was my personal info.  This is nuts!  Dating sites SHOULD BE BANNED!

I bought deer guard for my semi truck from this business through Amazon on 5th april 2021. I spend $1478.12 including $275 shipping cost. I had this item delivered to the commercial address(truck repair shop) so that I could directly installed from this shop. This item was too big to get it delivered directly to my home. I had no resources to get it to the truck shop. I requested this shop to please receive my order for me and they agreed.

On 20th april, I got a call from this truck shop that somebody delivered my item to their shop. On 23rd april, I took day off from my work to get it installed from this shop. When I went to the shop, I noticed that there was just a big deer guard without any assembly brackets with it. Mechanic advised me that he could not install it without those assembly parts. Also, other items in the package like wipers, license plate brackets, led lights etcetera were missing as well.

At the mechanic shop, I called this seller directly on phone number 206- 235- 2411. First, this seller tried to avoid me saying go through amazon. Then he send me a text that send me a picture of item that I received. I sent him a picture of deer guard placed on a wooden pallet. His excuse was “why do you contact us 3 days after the delivery”. I told him I had to get day off to get it installed on my truck. Then, He said that he had a sign on the delivery page. I told him that the truck shop people did not know what items were being delivered.

They just signed for the sake of that some item had been delivered and they did this as I requested them to receive it for me. This seller is making excuses. It was my hard earn money that he is not refunding. I contacted Amazon about this and they said that this is a third party seller and amazon could not refund my money directly and they had to contact seller. Amazon made this seller agreed to send me a return label. I told amazon as well as seller that seller should manage the pickup as it was a seller mistake and I never handled such a large shipment before. Amazon forced me to manage this shipment and to return the item. At last, I thought that this was the only way to get my hard earn money back and I would have to handle this shipment. Seller had sent me a UPS label of 5 lbs for an item that weighs 171 lbs. This seller sold this product to me and he sent me 5 lbs label knowing that what was the exact weight of this product. He is just making me go round and round in circles.

I contacted amazon again and the seller has been told to send the correct label. Amazon assured me that the seller had to reply within 48 hours. Its more than 72hours and seller does not care to reply. On 1st april on saturday, I wasted my all day finding a place to return this item. I been to UPS with seller’s return label and UPS advised me that the seller sent me wrong label. Also, UPS does not manage any item more than 150 lbs. Same thing has been said by usps. I am wasting my time on something that had been done by seller’s mistake and I could have spent this time with my family. I am wasting my energy, time and money to rectify seller’s mistake.

I left with an item worth $1478.12 that I cant use at all. This seller has looted $1478.12 from me. Please help me out. This was my hard earn money and I cant afford to lose it. I left with no energy as this seller is fooling me around and making me go round and round in circle. They offered to generate Facebook ads for my agency. They proceeded to show me how they were getting $1 and $2 leads for insurance agents. When I signed up with them they in turn started marketing it as a coaching session as well. When I paid the initial amount I was told I would need to invest $30/ day for a minimum of 30 days. I was not fully expecting to get the leads down to $2/lead initially but we had agreed that $10/lead was a great starting point. I then went through the onboarding call with Majixkai Welsh and he went over their “guaranteed minimum performance.” In there he proceeded to tell a story about two customers, one that did what he was told by Majixkai and the other that didn’t listen to him.

I told him I had no reason not to listen and I would do everything exactly as he said for the best performance possible. he then said the guarantee was for 50 leads in a month. that moved the cost to around $18/lead but I realistically figured it would take some time to ramp up. I agreed. Two weeks in and the ads were underperforming to say the least. I may of had 10 leads in that time period. He switched to a Facebook messenger lead that added about a dozen leads but the leads only had names, no email or phone number.

Majixkai then stated he would have a video made and that ad would kill it on facebook. He said it would take a couple days to make. After that conversation Majixkai proceede to generate no video and virtually no new leads for the end of the month. I even had to contact him to let him know that Utah was not the state that I was located in as he ran my ad in Ohio to Utah residents. At the end of the month I had spent $900 on Facebook ads and he generated 31 leads with 11 not having any way to contact them. No phone number and no email address. That gave me a total of 20 leads for $900. He then proceede to say that since I’m not willing to add several more states (Ohio is the 7th most populated state in the union and he cannot generate 50 leads) that the only other option is to double my advertising budget.

Essentially I need to pay $50-60 per day to guarantee I get 50 leads (not all in the market) in the month because that’s what it will take in Ohio. Meanwhile I still do not have a video ad as of yet. Run far and fast away from Majixkai Welsh and his company Inspire Digital Marketing as he has no interest in doing what he claims he can do.

Originally I signed up to get more information and got led to an over 1 hour webinar.  I was trying to do due diligence and ask more questions, but it was very difficult to do, even joined a zoom session they scheduled which was a waste of time as my questions weren’t answered and I felt pressured because the presenter only wanted me to pay $100 as they say to lock in bonuses and when I said not now, he just hung up.

A few days later, I get these automated emails from Oguz Konar the supposed owner of the business and it shows a phone number 201-581-1662 and he said he will pets nally answer my questions.  I waited over a day and no one answers the questions, I am frustrated now as his automated email states he will personally answer the questions, so now I know it’s all a bs marketing ploy as it was not him.

I got a hold of his real number 201-957-6227 and tried to ask the same questions by text and all he does is question me and doesn’t give me a response back, if I was the owner of a company that was honorable and legit, I would answer those questions and I would get be the person effort in being able to finish nd me, but he doesn’t answer my questions later and doesn’t even say a thing, so it shows how much he cares about customer support.  Now by this point, I’ve spent time going through multiple similar businesses and they were all very straight to the point and even the owners took time to talk to me, one company even took my call right after he personally completed a 4 day training and talked to me for an hour and was very courteous. 

That is great customer service and support, but Oguz Konar has given me silence and so I want to point out this person is a scammer and doesn’t care about his students, do not buy his program which costs $2200. You won’t get support from them after you buy, there are other ones out there with much better service, just do your homework.

Based on the above communication, this person is only a marketer and not a person committed to your success.  This will be the support you will receive when you join and I am just putting this out to help others avoid his business as there are many legitimately mate ones out there.  I really am pissed as well, getting into this field isn’t cheap, but if you expect to take $2000+ from people, please be a responsible representative, we do not need liars anymore, this country is going through a tough time and people need real businesses with results not lies.

Belcher Construction built an office that is confirmed by the building inspector as unsafe to live in due to issues with wall support. Infact some things were loose which we had to get fixed right away on our own. Not good, wish i knew better!

I was a new model coming to them for employment and didnt know much about the modeling industry. They had me pay (out of pocket) for studio time  and for a horrible portfolio and give me no acting classes or modeling classes. there business is unprofessional and am not sure if they are even licensed in the state of Va. please be aware of this company. i found them on Criagslist where most people find them. 

 i spent over $600 dollars .. to get noticed. All i got was a list of people I can talk to. A real agency would not do this to me .. they are supposed to take my % as commission and not screw me .. my photos sucked .. and i am about to sue them. Anyone elsse online want to make this a big suit. They promised big things .. and delivereded nohing more than a  phtoto mill i hear about on the internet. I should have checked first. losers… scammers .. and nothing to prove for their work.
