Success Member Inc. started out because the need for a step by step process to be successful in the lending and financial services industry. Most if not all financial institutions rarely provide any type of training. That is what Success Member Inc. is here to do. Most of their customers are found through franchise portals and referrals from other customers. Success Member Inc. belongs to many associations within their specialized field and works with Jason’s Dreams for Kids, an organization that helps children with debilitating diseases.

Mr. Dreamer was asked about a situation when a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He explained that the client complained they received nothing for their money. Mr. Dreamer stated, “We immediately contact the consumer by telephone, email, telephone, and mail to resolve.” Mr. Dreamer also went onto explain the customer’s experience when they are looking to conduct business with Success Member Inc. This is what Mr. Dreamer stated, “Once a client pays for the training platform the client receives a call from the founder to confirm receipt of payment, after confirmation the client and founder choose a website name and the URL is then secured for the client, immediately thereafter the client is transferred to our head of design where the new client works with the designer to create their logo, website and marketing materials, upon completion the client is then transferred to our Director where they are then signed up for their licensing class, upon completion of this call the client then receives 4 emails, The first one is for the client to sign up to receive his NMLS number, The second Has his Login and passwords for SMI online University and XL prep test for the NMLO test, the 3rd email contains in digital form The seeking Opportunities and Income workbook, and the 4th is login and password for his or her licensing class. This is the first day, within 5 days they receive numerous training manuals and workbooks vis ups. In the first 30 days, they receive numerous phone calls, emails, text providing support to help them get up and running. Within the first 30 days they have completed the Safe class certification, Mortgage education module, have been sponsored with a mortgage bank upon passing their test, their website, logo, marketing materials, and business cards have been delivered to them. Over the next 90 days they continue to receive support, education, leads, mentorship, etc. It is ongoing for the life of their business.”

Michael Rudd, was provided all of his training manuals, leads, dialing platform, website, logo, business cards, marketing materials, one on one training. He slowly alienated himself from the entire staff by being belligerent and abusive. He felt that the training was not needed because he already had the experience, he refused to work the leads provided and allow our systematic approach to the business. He initially wanted to resolve these issues and reengage in the platform but then requested a partial refund that we are currently are working out now between our attorneys

Before anyone considers joining this company please reach out to me directly. I have email chains, to support my claims. You get promised the world and they dont deliver. I will admit the website is great but needs some critical updates.
I started this venture open minded but it has been a disappointment. Also they promise you a laptop which i have still not received. Any rebuttal from the company will not have warrant as I have email chains to support my claims. The two principals cannot support and rebuttal. i will be more than happy helping you make the right decision.
Bottom Line: DO NOT JOIN!!!
